MOUNTING THE LED LIGHT BAR

properly. Simply connect the Red power wire to the Positive (+) terminal on the battery and then connect
the Black wire to the Negative (-) terminal on the battery or to any other good unpainted ground source.

POWERING THE LED LIGHT BAR
Note 1: Before installation, make sure to disconnect the battery for safety.
Note 2: If this light bar is directly connected to a battery, a toggle switch is needed to turn the light on/off,
as well as an in-line fuse within 12 inches of the power source.
Note 3: When you are extending the lead power wires to the light bar, it is highly recommended to solder
the connection and then to heat-shrink over the soldered connection (these materials are not included
– but they are available at most hardware or auto part stores.)
1. Connect the RED power wire to the positive output post of the toggle switch and run the appropriate
gauge wire (18 gauge at a minimum) from the input post of the toggle switch to positive (+) terminal
on the battery.
NOTE: Be sure to install the appropriate fuse (10A) for your light bar within 12 inches of your power source.
2. Next, connect the ground wire to the negative (-) terminal on the battery or any other good bare metal
ground source.
3. You can now flip the toggle switch to the "on" position to test your LED light bar for full functionality.
CAUTION
1. Work under the specified voltage DC10-30V.
2. The light becomes hot under continuous use. Don't remove or touch the casing for at least 30 minutes
after turning lamp off.
3. Keep heat-sink fins clean and free of debris to maintain air flow.
