GUARANTEE TERMS
Theimporterguaranteestheapplianceagainstdefectscausedbymanufacturingand/ormaterialfaultsfor
60monthsfromthedateofpurchase,subjecttothefollowingconditions.
1. Nochargeswillbemadeforlabourcostsormaterialsduringthewarrantyperiod.Anyrepairscarriedout
duringthewarrantyperioddonotextendthewarrantyperiod.
2. Theimporterautomaticallybecomestheownerofanyfaultypartsthathereplacesorafaultyappliance
(intheeventofreplacementoftheappliance).
3. Allclaimssubmittedunderwarrantymustbeaccompaniedbytheoriginalbillofsale.
4. Claimsunderwarrantymustbesubmittedtothedealerwheretheappliancewaspurchasedortothe
importer.
5. Thewarrantyisissuedsolelytothefirstpurchaserandcannotbetransferred.
6. Thewarrantydoesnotcoverdamagecausedby:
a. Accidents,incorrectuse,wearand/orneglect.
b. Faulty installation and/or use in a manner contravening the prevailing legal, technical or safety
regulations.
c. Connectiontoamainsvoltageotherthanthevoltagespecifiedonthetypeplate.
d. Unauthorizedmodifications.
e. Repairscarriedoutbythirdparties.
f. Carelesstransport,i.e.withoutsuitablepackagingmaterialsorprotection.
7. Noclaimsmaybemadeunderthiswarrantyfor:
a. Lossesincurredduringtransport.
b. Theremovalorchangingoftheappliance’sserialnumber.
8. Theguaranteedoesnotcoverpowercords,lampsorglassparts.
9. Noclaimscanbesubmittedunderthiswarrantyfordamageotherthantherepairorreplacementoffaulty
parts.Theimportercanneverbeheldresponsibleforanyconsequentiallossordamageoranyother
consequences,resultingeitherdirectlyorindirectlyfromtheappliancesuppliedbytheimporter.
10.In case of claims under guarantee you can contact your dealer where the appliance is purchased.
BestronoffersyoualsothepossibilitytosendtheappliancedirectlytoourServiceDepartment.Donot
sendyourappliancewithoutconsultingus.Thepackagemayberefusedandanyanycostswillbefor
youraccount.PleasecontacttheServiceDepartmentandtheywilltellyouhowtopackandsendthe
appliance.
