TIME Count up: The time will count up from 00:00 to maximum of 99:59 in
counts of 1 second (during MANUAL workout).
Count down: The time will count down from the pre-set time till 00:00 in
counts of 1 second (during a selected TIME WORKOUT)
SPEED Display the current workout speed from 0.0 km/h to maximum 99.9 km/h.
RPM Display current workout rotation per minute.
DISTANCE Count up: The distance will count up from 0.00 km to maximum of 99.90
km in counts of 0.01 km (during MANUAL workout).
Count down: The distance will count down from the pre-set distance till
0.00 km in counts of 0.01 km (during a selected DISTANCE WORKOUT).
CALORIES Count up: No preset target, Calories will count up from 0 to maximum
990 with each 1 cal increment.
Count down: If training with preset target, Calories will count down from
preset time to 0. Each preset increment or decrement is 10 cal from 0 to 990 cal.
Count up: The calories will count up from 0 cal to maximum of 999 cal
in counts of 1 cal (during MANUAL workout).
Count down: The calories will count down from the pre-set calories till 0
cal in counts of 1 cal (during a selected CALORIE WORKOUT).
PULSE This will display the current heart rate once the Hand Pulse Sensors have
been held with both hands for a minimum of 10 seconds.
WATT Display the current workout watt gure.
RECOVERY After exercising for a period of time, press the “RECOVERY” button and keep
holding the Hand Pulse Sensors.
All pre-set settings will stop except for “TIME”. That will start counting down
from 00:60 to 00:00.
The Console will display your heart rate recovery status from F1 – F6.
F1 being the best and F6 is the worst.
You may want to keep on exercising to improve the heart rate recovery
status. Press the “RECOVERY” button again to return to the main display.
