onlyoneway.Iftheplugdoesnotfitfullyintheoutlet,
reversetheplug.Ifitstilldoesnotfit,contactaqualified
electrician.Neverusewithanextensioncordunlesstheplug
canbefullyinserted.Donotalterthissafetyfeature.
Thislampisforindooruseonly.Thelampshouldnotbeused
nearwater.Neverimmersethelampinwaterorother
liquids.Nevercoverthelampwithanyobjectincludingcloth
orpaperasthisisafirehazard.Donothandlethebulb
immediatelyafterthelightisturnedoffasitwillbehot.This

3.Insertmetaltube(B)intobase(A)andtighten.
4.Insertmetaltube(C)intometaltube(B)andtighten.
5.Repeatformetaltubes(D),and(E).
6.InsertLampHolder(F)intometaltubeEandtighten.
*Ifnecessary,pullcorddownthroughpolesandoutofthe
bottomofthebase.
7.Removesocketnut(H)fromthefloorlamp,installlamp
shade(G)intothelampholder(F)andsecurebyreplacing
thesocketnut.
8.Installbulb(notincluded).Onlyusebulbofspecifiedtype
andmaximumratedwattageorless.
9.Plugtheelectricalsupplycordintothewalloutlet.
10.TurnthelightON/OFFusingtheswitch(F)locatedonthe
lampholder.

1.LimitedWarranty.
Manufacturerwarrantsthattheproductssoldhereunderwillbefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipforaperiodofone(1)
yearfromthedateofpurchase.IftheproductsdonotconformtothisLimitedWarrantyduringthewarrantyperiod(ashereinabove
specified),BuyershallnotifyManufacturerinwritingoftheclaimeddefectsanddemonstratetoManufacturer'ssatisfactionthatsaid
defectsarecoveredbythisLimitedWarranty.IfthedefectsandproofofpurchaseareproperlyreportedtoManufacturerwithinthe
warrantyperiod,andthedefectsareofsuchtypeandnatureastobecoveredbythiswarranty,Manufacturershall,asitsownexpense,
furnishreplacementproductsor,atManufacturer'soption,replacementpartsforthedefectiveproducts.Installationofthe
replacementproductsorreplacementpartsshallbeatBuyer'sexpense.
2.ExclusiveObligation:
THISWARRANTYISEXCLUSIVE.ThesoleandexclusiveobligationofManufacturershallbetorepairorreplacethedefectiveproductsin
themannerandfortheperiodprovidedabove.Manufacturershallnothaveanyotherobligationwithrespecttotheproductsorany
partthereof,whetherbasedoncontract,tort,strictliabilityorotherwise.Undernocircumstances,whetherbasedonthisLimited
Warrantyorotherwise,shallManufacturerbeliableforincidental,special,orconsequentialdamages.
3.OtherStatements.
Manufacturer'semployeesorrepresentatives'oralorotherwrittenstatementsdonotconstitutewarranties,shallnotbereliedupon
byBuyer,andarenotpartofthecontractforsaleorthislimitedwarranty.
4.EntireObligation.
ThisLimitedWarrantystatestheentireobligationofManufacturerwithrespectstotheproducts.IfanypartofthisLimitedWarrantyis
determinedtobevoidorillegal,theremaindershallremaininfullforceandeffect.
