UsingHeadphones
TolistentoyourDAB+RadioviaHeadphones,youwillrequireheadphoneswitha3.5mmdiameterstereoplug(not

TurningonyourDAB+Radio
1. ConnectthePowerleadtothepowersocketonthebackoftheunit.Thenconnectthepowerleadtothemains
walloutlet.
2. Toswitchon,turntheOn/Off&VolumeControltotheright.PresstheDAB+Button.WhenDABModeis
selectedforthefirsttime,thedisplaywillilluminateandwelcome toDABwillbedisplayed.Thencarefully
extendantennaforthebestpossiblereception.
3. WhenyouturnonyourDAB+Radioforthefirsttimeitwillconductafullstationscanandstorealltheavailable
RadioStationsinthestationslist.Thismaytakeafewminutes.
# Note:a.TheDAB+stationswillbedisplayedinalphanumericorder.Thefirststationinthelistwillbeplayed
afterthescanhasbeencompleted.
b.IfnoDAB+signalisfoundinyourarea,itmaybenecessaryforyoutorelocateyourradio.

ToscrollthroughthestationlistandchangetheDAB+Stationplaying,presstheNavigationButtons(leftandright
arrowsonthetopoftheradio).PresstheButtonsrepeatedlytoscrollthroughthelist.Thestationswillbedisplayed

AdjustingtheVolume
Toadjustthevolumeturnthevolumewheel,locatedonthetopoftheradio.Toincreasethevolumeturnittothe
rightandtodecreasethevolumeturnthewheeltotheleft.

ThetonedialisusedtoaltertheaudiooutputoftheDABdigitalradiobetweenahigh(treble)andlow(bass)
frequencyrange.Turnthetonedialrighttoenhancethehighfrequency(treble)contentofthesoundoutput.Turn

TheBushTR82DABRadioallowsyoutosetupto10StationPresets.Thismeansyoucaneasilyaccessallofyour
favouritestationsatatouchofaButton.

1. Tostoreastationpreset,youmustfirsttunetothestationyouwishtosetasapreset.
2. ThenpressandholdoneofthepresetButtons(e.g.1/6).Preset,#savedwillappearonthethirdlineofthe
display,wherethe#isthenumberofthepresetposition.
3. Toselectthesecondsetofpresetpositions610,holddowntheshiftButtonthenpressandholdthedesired

compressionasthelistenerrequiresallofthehighsandlowsinthemusictodefinethedetail.

rightandtodecreasethevolumeturnthewheeltotheleft.
