Fix the Right leg (2) to the Left leg (3)

with two Bolts (B) by an Allen Key (D)

Fix the Support Bar (4) to the Chair legs (2)(3)

with two Bolts (C) by an Allen Key (D)

Fix the Seat (1) to the Chair legs with four

Bolts (A) by an Allen Key (D)

Make sure a high in front and low in back

design of the seat

Make sure the support bar (4) is behind the

chair after installing the seat (1).

Installation Completed

Adjust leveling feet to balance

(One more for replacement)

1. Do not fully tighten all bolts until them haven been installed in corresponding locations.

2. "+" in below list indicates that additional pieces are replacement parts.
