Vivun asennot
- Normaali nosto: Nosta vapautinvipua kunnes salpa lukittuu. Laite pystyy nyt nostamaan
1500kg.
- Pikanosto: Vapauta pieni salpa ja anna vapautinvivun siirtyä alhaisimpaan asentoonsa. Laite
pystyy nyt nostamaan noin 300kg.
- Lasku: Laske kuorma nostamalla vapautinvipua hitaasti ylimpään asentoon.
HUOLTO
Älä yritä korjata laitetta itse vaan lähetä se korjattavaksi valtuutettuun huoltoliikkeeseen.
Öljynvaihto
- Hydrauliöljy on vaihdettava vähintään kerran vuodessa. Öljylaadun on oltava ISO VG 10 tai
vastaava.
- Vaihtaaksesi öljyn, käännä pumppukärry kyljelleen ja irrota ruuvi (52). Öljy alkaa tällöin valua
ulos. Nosta pumppukärry uudelleen pystyyn ja lisää noin 0,7 litraa öljyä. Ilmaa tämän jälkeen
hydraulijärjestelmä pumppaamalla pumppukärry korkeimmalle korkeudelle ja laskemalla se no-
peasti alas. Tämä poistaa ilman pumpusta.
- Mikäli korkeapainepumppu ei toimi lainkaan sen takia että sylinteri on täynnä ilmaa, voidaan se
ilmata löysäämällä ruuvia (3) ja painamalla mäntää alas kunnes ilmaa ei enää tule ulos.
VIANETSINTÄ
Ongelma Syy Ratkaisu
Hydrauliyksikkö ei
nosta. Alhainen öljytaso tan-
kissa.
Väärä ketjun kireys.
Ilmaa järjestelmässä.
Varmista ettei venttiilissä ole öljyvuotoja ja
lisää öljyä.
Säädä ketjun kireys oikeaksi lukkomutterilla
(79).
Ilmaa järjestelmä (katso kappale ”Öljynvaih-
to”).
Pumppu ei nosta maksi-
mikorkeuteen. Alhainen öljytaso tan-
kissa. Varmista ettei venttiilissä ole öljyvuotoja ja
lisää öljyä.
Haarukat liikkuvat pum-
pattaessa ylös ja alas. Epäpuhtauksia venttii-
lijärjestelmässä. Kuormita haarukoita noin 200kg ja pumppaa
kahvaa nopeasti vapautinvipu nosto-
asennossa.
Laite ei nosta 1500kg. Päästöventtiili on vää-
rin säädetty. Irrota ruuvi (45) ja käännä säätöruuvia (47)
myötäpäivään kunnes säätö on oikea. Yleen-
sä neljänneskierros riittää.
Haarukat eivät laskeudu. Laskumekanismi on
väärin säädetty. Aseta vapautinvipu normaaliin asentoon.
Kiristä lukkomutteria (79) mahdollisimman
paljon ilman että haarukat alkavat laskeutua.

Lever positions
- Normal lift: Lift the release lever until the pawl engages. The unit can now lift 1500kg.
- Quick lift: Disengage the small pawl and let the release lever move to its lowest position. You
can now lift approximately 300kg.
- Lowering: The load will be lowered by slowly raising the release lever to its upper position.
MAINTENANCE
Do not attempt to repair the pallet truck yourself. Take it to an authorized service center.
Oil change
- The hydraulic oil needs to be changed at least once a year. The oil should correspond to quality
ISO VG 10.
- To change oil, tip the truck over on its side and remove screw (52). The oil will now drain out.
Raise the truck again and fill up about 0,7 litres of oil. After that, bleed the hydraulic system by
pumping up the pallet truck to the highest level and sink it down again quickly to remove air
from the pump.
- If the high-pressure pump does not operate at all because the cylinder is filled with air, it can be
bled by loosening screw (3) and pressing down the piston until no more air escapes.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Cause Solution
Hydraulic unit does
not lift. Low oil level in the
tank.
Chain tightness is not
correct.
Air in the system.
Make sure there is no oil leakage from the
valve and add oil.
Adjust the chain to correct tightness with
lock nut (79).
Bleed the system (see chapter ”Oil change”).
Pump does not lift to
maximum height. Low oil level in the
tank. Make sure there is no oil leakage from the
valve and add oil.
Forks move up and down
with pump strokes. Impurities in the valve
system. Load the forks with about 200kg and pump
the handle rapidly with the release lever in
the lifting position.
Unit cannot lift 1500kg. The relief valve is not
correctly adjusted. Remove screw (45) and turn adjusting screw
(47) clockwise until the adjustment is correct.
Normally, a quarter of a turn is enough.
Forks do not lower. The lowering mecha-
nism is not correctly
adjusted.
Put the release lever in normal position.
Tighten lock nut (79) as much as possible
without the forks beginning to sink.
