totheOperator’sManualforproperinspectionprocedure.

Note:Tomakeinstallingthekiteasierreplaceonerotor

bladeatatime.

RemovingtheOldRotor

Procedure

Note:UseFigure1asareferenceforremovingtheoldrotor

bladesastheexistingpartsaresimilartothenewones.

1.Stoptheengine,waitforallmovingpartstostop,and

disconnectthewirefromthesparkplug.

2.Removethe4locknutsand4countersunkbolts

securingeachsideoftherotorbladestotherotor

assembly.

3.Removethe4bolts(1/4–20x3/4)and4locknut

(Figure1).

4.Loosenbutdonotremovethebolt(1/4–20x1/4)

andnallocknutthatsecurestherotorbladestohalf

rotors(Figure1).

1.Securetherotorbladesandhalfrotorstogetherusinga

bolt(1/4–20x1/4),2spacers,5locknuts,and4bolts

(1/4–20x7/8)(

Note:Installtherotorbladeswiththethickrubber

layerontheinsideofthecurve.

2.Secureeachsideoftherotorbladestotherotor

assemblyusing4locknutsand4countersunkbolts

3.Connectthewiretothesparkplug.
