Advanced Hardware System

Many folding patio door systems support the

weight of the door panels with hardware at

the top. This requires overhead reinforcement

in the wall. The JELD-WEN W-4500 Clad-Wood

Folding Patio Door is different. Our system

includes bottom-rolling hardware integrated into

the sill, so its primary support comes from the

floor. This typically allows the W-4500 Folding

Patio Door to be installed without adding special

reinforcements overhead.

You’ll also enjoy how easy it is to open and close

each panel, no matter what configuration you

choose. Our easy-touch system makes indoor-
