1.What’s in the Box
The ANT-36000 box contains
- ANT-36000 Decoder
-12 Volt Power converter (requires an IEC AC mains lead)
-UK/EU/USA or China IEC 110/240v AC Lead (depending on your location)
-Fixing brackets
2. Setting up the ANT-36000
Connect the ANT-36000 to a laptop or PC using either a cross over ethernet cable or via
an Ethernet switch using standard ethernet cables.
Connect the output Video source using an HDMI HD-SDI or composite video cable.
Connect the 12 volt power input plug with IEC mains cable plugged in and switch on.
The ANT-36000 will take approximately 2 minutes to boot up. You will see 4 static or
flashing LEDs when boot up is complete.
You are now ready to setup the ANT-36000 Decoder
3. Configuring the ANT-36000
The ANT-36000 default IP address is 192.168.10.100 . Please set the laptop/PC Ethernet
IP address to be in the same sub-domain e.g 192.168.10.XXX
Open Internet Explorer (this will allow video to be viewed) or other browser to just view
setting and browse to 192.168.10.100
You will be asked to LOGIN:
Default User is: admin and Password: 1234
This is the first screen: Note the setup button top left. Please click this

SETUP
In the settings column on the left side of the page, click Network > Remote, to open the
page to enter the stream URL to decode.
On this page you have the Remote Type, which allows you to select which stream type
you’re going to decode. Media Protocol allows you to select TCP or UDP as a
transport method. ONVIF is selectable under remote type also.!

Address field is for your streams address/URL (example, rtsp://<IPADDRESS>/
video1) and finally the port is the port used for the RTSP stream (example, 80, 554 and
8554).

Under Video&Audio - Output, the options to change output format resolution depends on
your display output capabilities.!
Buffering allows the decoder to hold back some frames in order to allow smoother
playback. !
The Buffering slide bar allows you to select how much buffer you need.
3. ONVIF setup
Under Network > Remote > Remote Type select ONVIF.
Media Protocol allows you to select TCP/UDP or Multicast.
Address field requires the Onvif compliant device IP address.
Port requires the Onvif compliant device port number (example 80, 8000).
ID and Password requires video source username and password (example admin/1234).
Once the above details have been complete, use the Get Profile List button to retrieve
the onvif profiles, then click Apply.

4. MPEG-TS setup
Under Network > Remote > Remote Type select MPEG-TS.
Address field needs to be the IP address of the video source, (making sure the video
source points towards the decoder IP) make sure they both use the same port number (even
numbers only)
If Multicasting the Address field is the multicast IP address of the Video Source/Encoder and
port.
