This soundbar and subwoofer uses a voltage of 220240V and a frequency of
5060Hz. Ensure the power socket used matches this.
Do not use the soundbar and subwoofer underwater or in humid environments.
Do not use the soundbar and subwoofer in high temperatures or near heat sources.
Do not expose this soundbar and subwoofer to direct sunlight for extended periods.
Do not allow water or any other liquid to touch the soundbar or subwoofer.
Do not place the soundbar or subwoofer near water or liquid-filled items (for example,
vases).
Ensure to the soundbar and subwoofer is placed on a stable level surface, or securely
mounted to the wall.
Do not listen at high volumes for extended periods as this may cause hearing
damage.
Do not attempt to modify or disassemble the soundbar or subwoofer yourself.

Wall mounting
If you would like the soundbar to be wall mounted, follows the steps below.
1. Align the soundbar against the wall where you would like to mount the soundbar on.
There are two sets of screws located at the back of the soundbar. Ensure there is at
least a 10cm clearance between the TV and soundbar.
2. Mark the vertical midpoint of each screw set on the wall. This distance between the
markings should be approximately 406.7mm. Remove the soundbar and using a drill
(not supplied), drill holes on the two markings.
3. Using a Phillips screwdriver (not supplied), loosen the screws on the soundbar. Secure
the provided brackets with the two loosened screws each.
INSTALLATION
4. Insert one wall anchor into each drilled hole. Using a Phillips screwdriver, secure the
anchors with the two provided screws.
5. Hook the brackets and soundbar onto the wall.

Powering on
1. Connect one end of the soundbar’s power adapter into the power port on the
soundbar. Connect the other end into a power socket and switch on the socket. The
soundbar will then enter standby.
2. Press the power button on the soundbar or remote control to turn on the soundbar.
3. Connect one end of the subwoofer’s power adapter into the power port on the
subwoofer. Connect the other end into a power socket and switch on the socket.
Toggle the ON/OFF switch on the subwoofer into the “ON” position. The subwoofer
will then automatically pair to the soundbar.
4. Press the power button on the soundbar, or mode/mute button on the remote control
to switch to the desired connection mode.
Connection modes
This soundbar can be connected via six modes. These include:
Bluetooth mode
HDMI (ARC) mode
Line in mode
AUX in mode
Optical mode
USB mode
Steps on how to connect audio devices using each mode are detailed below.
Bluetooth mode
By default, the soundbar will enter Bluetooth mode when turned on. If this is not the
case, press the power button on the soundbar or the mode/mute button on the
remote control until the LED indicator illuminates a flashing blue.
Place your audio device within 3 metres of the soundbar. Turn on the Bluetooth of
the audio device and allow it to search for nearby Bluetooth devices.
Notes:
The remote control has a working range of 6 metres.
This remote control requires x1 AAA battery (not included) to power it.
Note:
The soundbar may be detached into 2 parts. Each part can then be placed on the
provided metal stands.
Select "KASB130DDWSA" from the Bluetooth device list and tap to connect.
Once paired, the LED indicator will illuminate a solid blue. Music can now be played
from your device with its sound emitting from the soundbar. Ensure to keep the audio
device away from obstructions and within 10 metres of the soundbar to maintain a
stable connection.
To disconnect the audio device, press the Bluetooth button on the soundbar. The
soundbar will remain available for connection to other Bluetooth audio devices until it
is turned off or another connection mode is selected.
HDMI (ARC) mode
This soundbar supports HDMI with an audio return channel (ARC). Many standard HDMI
ports support ARC but if unsure, check with the TV’s manufacturer. This allows the sound
from a TV to emit through the soundbar rather than the TV’s inbuilt speakers.
Press the power button on the soundbar or mode/mute button on the remote control
until the LED indicator illuminates light blue.
Connect one end of an HDMI cable (not included) into the HDMI (ARC) input on the
soundbar. Connect the other end into the HDMI (ARC) port of your TV.
Enter the settings of the TV and set the audio/digital output to be “PCM” or “Dolby.
The TV’s sound will now emit from the soundbar. Use the remote control to make any
desired audio adjustments.
Line in mode
Connect one end of a 3.5mm audio cable (not included) into your device. Connect
the other end into the line input on the soundbar.
Press the power button on the soundbar or mode/mute button on the remote control
until the LED indicator illuminates green.
To prevent sudden loudness, adjust the volume on your device to low then begin
playing. Adjust the volume and audio settings using the remote control as desired.
Note:
If the device asks for a password, enter "0000" and press confirm to pair the device
with the soundbar.
AUX in mode
Using the included RCA cable, connect one end of the cable into your device.
Connect the other end into the AUX input of the soundbar.
Press the power button on the soundbar or the mode/mute button on the remote
control until the LED indicator illuminates yellow.
To prevent sudden loudness, adjust the volume on your device to low then begin
playing. Adjust the volume and audio settings using the remote control as desired.
Optical mode
Press the power button on the soundbar or the mode/mute button on the remote
control until the LED indicator illuminates purple.
Connect one end of an optical cable (not included) to your device (for example, TV,
gaming console, DVD player). Connect the other end into the optical input on the
soundbar.
Enter the settings on your device and set the audio/digital output to be “PCM” or
“Dolby”.
Sound from your device will now be emitted through the soundbar. Use the remote
control to make any audio adjustments.
USB mode
Insert a USB into the USB port of the soundbar.
Press the power button on the soundbar or the mode/mute button on the remote
control until the LED indicator illuminates white.
Press the Play/Pause button to play and pause music.
Press the Previous or Next button to play previous or skip songs.
Powering off
Press and hold the power button on the soundbar or remote control to turn the soundbar
off.
Remote control battery replacement
This remote control is powered with x1 AAA battery (not included). To replace the battery:
Slide the back cover and remove the old battery.
Noting the polarity markings ‘(+/)’, insert a new battery into the remote control.
Slide the back cover onto the remote control.
Problem Reason/solution
The Bluetooth device
cannot be paired
Another device may already be paired to the soundbar.
When powered on, the soundbar will automatically find
any paired devices and connect.
Disable the Bluetooth from the paired device to connect
the desired device.
Bluetooth playback
volume is too low Adjust the volume using the Bluetooth connected device.
Bluetooth device is not
playing within 10
metres of the soundbar
There may be obstructions between the device and the
soundbar. Remove any obstructions that may be present.
Bluetooth connection
is interrupted with
disconnected sound
There may be an obstruction between the soundbar and
Bluetooth device. Remove any obstructions that may be
present.
The Bluetooth device is further than 10 metres away
from the soundbar. Bring the device closer to the
soundbar.
The subwoofer is not
