Sealey MS080.V2 is a powder-coated steel construction wall mounting unit for organizing the storage of motorcycle gear. It has a shelf capacity of 33lbs and a hanging rack capacity of 22lbs. It is designed to store gloves, clothing, and helmets. The shelves can be attached to the wall using the four bolts provided. The wall plates should be perpendicular to the shelves. The unit should be firmly fixed to the wall using masonry or hollow wall fixings (not supplied).

1. SAFETY

8 DO NOT locate this tidy in such a position as to create the risk of injury from contact with the head or any other part of the body.

8 DO NOT overload this tidy; it should only be used for the designed purpose.

8 DO NOT locate in a position where items could fall from the tidy owing to accidental contact.

9 Ensure that the tidy is rmly xed to the wall using either the masonry xings supplied or alternative hollow wall xings (not supplied).

9 Ensure that, when installed, it can be accessed without over-reaching or over-balancing.

2. INTRODUCTION

Powder coated steel construction, for added corrosion resistance. Wall mounting unit designed to organize the storage of gloves, clothing and

helmet(s). Shelf capacity of 15kg and hanging rack capacity of 10kg.

3. SPECIFICATION

Width (top shelf) x Depth: ............................240mm x 405mm

Width (bottom shelf) x Depth: ......................240mm x 160mm

4. INSTALLATION & ASSEMBLY

4.1. Attach the wall plates to the two shelves using the four bolts provided. fig .2. Ensure the wall plates are perpendicular to the shelves.

4.2. Hold the assembled shelves in the desired position and mark the wall through the four holes. g.1

4.3. Remove from wall.

4.4. Use proprietary wall xings that are suitable for the type of wall and the weight of the loaded tidy, (not supplied).

4.5. Drill four holes suitable for the proprietary wall xings.

4.5.1. Fix the shelves to the wall.
