3M Tegaderm™ Antimicrobial IV Advanced Securement Dressing is a transparent dressing with antimicrobial properties designed to protect peripheral IV insertion sites and secure IV catheters. It is indicated for use on patients with a high risk of infection, such as those with central line-associated bloodstream infections (CLABSIs) or those who are immunocompromised.

The dressing is made of a thin, breathable film that allows for easy visualization of the insertion site. It has a border of absorbent foam that helps to wick away moisture and prevent leakage. The dressing is also antimicrobial, which helps to reduce the risk of infection.
