Ordering Information
Prepare site according to facility protocol. Site
area must be completely dry. Peel liner from the
dressing.
Place the dressing window over the IV site.
Do not stretch the dressing at placement.
Apply pressure to entire dressing with one
hand, while removing border frame with
opposite hand.
Apply securement tape strip under the
extension tubing and overlap back onto the
dressing. Remove adhesive-free tabs.

Apply documentation label as shown.
Remove adhesive-free tabs.
Remove tape strips. Start removing
the dressing from where the catheter
or tubing exits the dressing toward the
catheter insertion site using a low and
slow technique.
