3M Petrifilm™ Environmental Listeria Plates are sample-ready culture mediums designed to detect the majority of environmental Listeria, including Listeria monocytogenes, Listeria innocua, and Listeria welshimeri. They feature a cold-water-soluble gelling agent and a chromogenic indicator that facilitates easy detection of Listeria colonies. The plates can be used for quantitative, semi-quantitative, or qualitative testing, and provide results in 28-30 hours of incubation.
