Hasbro Lights Out 2000 is an electronic puzzle game that challenges players to turn off all the lights on a game board in a minimum number of moves. The game features four different game modes:

• 3-Color Puzzles: 100 pre-programmed puzzles with varying levels of difficulty.
• Action: A fast-paced game where players must keep the lights turned off as the computer randomly turns them on.
• 2-Player: Allows two players to create and solve their own puzzles.
• Classic Puzzles: A collection of classic Lights Out puzzles.

The game board consists of a 5x5 grid of buttons, each of which corresponds to a light on the board. Pressing a button will toggle the light on or off, as well as the lights in the cross-shaped pattern around it.
