Please use the enclosed brush. We recommend disinfecting all parts that
come into contact with the product.
8. Assembling the pump (gures 1+7)
a. Ax the dome (7979) to the pump tube (8374) and attach securely by
turning the lock ring (7978) until it snaps into place. (gure 7)
b. Insert the upper back-pressure valve (8375) into the intake of the
pump tube as far as possible. Press the opening lip of the upper back-
pressure valve briey to open the outlet.
c. Slide the spout (8376) over the upper back-pressure valve (8375).
Once again, press the opening lip briey to open up the outlet.
The step is necessary to retain the pump eect.
d. Insert the lower back-pressure valve (7980) into the lower opening
of the pump tube. Two positions are possible for the lower back-pressure
valve depending on the viscosity of the product: for products with low
viscosity, such as ketchup, the arrow on the pump tube should point to the letter A* (marked on the lower back-pressure
valve), for more viscous products (mustard, mayonnaise) to the letter B** (marked on the lower back-pressure valve).
Ax the back-pressure valve by folding up both aps and hitching them to the xing pins on the pump tube. (See gure 1 b).
*Position A: ideal for ketchup (= factory setting), **Position B: ideal for mustard and mayonnaise (= factory setting)
Remark: Do not position dispensers right next to the oven or deep fryer.
