Mackerel
1-2 servings Mackerel 2-3 ea, Salt and Turmeric powder to taste,
Banana Leaf, Oil 2 tbsp.
Instructions
Rub all ingredients and wrap in banana leaf. Put it in the microwave

Chicken Curry
6-8 servings Oil 70 g, Chicken Parts 600 g, Bombay Onion (2 ea) -
sliced 100 g, Garlic (6 cloves) 20 g, Peeled Ginger
(2 inches) 25 g, Cloves 5 ea, Cinnamon 1 Stick, Star
anise 3 ea, Meat Curry Powder 5 tbsp., Cumin Powder
1 tbsp., Kas Kas Powder 1 tbsp., Potato – large cubes
3 ea, Salt and sugar to taste, Enough water to cover

Instructions
Put the oil, onion, garlic, ginger and cloves, cinnamon stick and star
anise in a casserole. Put it in the microwave oven. Select this menu in
autocook and press a
START/+30s
button. When the first beeps, take
out it from oven stir well. Add all the powder spices together and stir
well. Put it in the microwave oven and press a
START/+30s
button
again. When the second beeps, take out it from oven and add all the
ingredients and stir well. After cooking, stir well and serve.

Chicken Tikka/
Butter Chicken
3-4 servings For Chicken Marinade
Boneless Thigh 250 g, Nutmeg Powder ½ tsp.,
Cardamon Powder ½ tsp., Chilli Powder ½ tsp.,
Coriander Powder ½ tsp., Cumin Powder ½ tsp.,
Yoghurt 2 tbsp., Oil 2 tbsp., Salt and Sugar to taste
For Sauce
Oil 50 g, Garlic (2 ea) - pound 10 g, Ginger (1 inch) -
pound 13 g, Nutmeg Powder ½ tsp., Cardamon Powder
½ tsp., Chilli Powder 1 tsp., Coriander Powder 1 tsp.,
Cumin Powder 1 tsp., Tomato paste 2 tbsp., Anchor
Culinary Cream 50 g, Water 50 g, Salt and Sugar to
taste, Anchor Salted Butter - last after cook 70 g,
Coriander Leaf Chop - last after cook 2 tbsp.

Methods For Marinating and Chicken
Mix all the ingredient into a paste and rub on Chicken. Marinade for 2
hours. Take the chicken and arrange on plate. Put it in the microwave
oven. Operate a 800 W for 15 min. After cooking, take out from oven,
rest until it’s cooled and slice. Put aside.
For Complete Dish
Mix well all sauce ingredients. Put it in the microwave oven. Select this
menu in autocook and press a
START/+30s
button. When the beeps,
take out it from oven and mix well. Put it in the microwave oven and
press a
START/+30s
button again. After cooking, add butter and
coriander. Mix well and serve.
