Chapter 1 Product Introduction
1.1 Product introduction
DT3239D is an embedded product. The original intent of this product
was to create a product that is truly suitable for high performance, high
reliability and ease of use in a variety of complex environments.
1.2 Precautions
Use the touchmonitor properly and regularly inspect and maintain
your touchmonitor to maximize the performance and longevity of product.
See Appendix B for more information on the correct use of touch displays.
1.3 About DT3239D
DT3239D series products use WLED backlight LCD screen, 1920X1080
HD resolution, low power consumptionembedded structure, compact
shape, ultra-thin design, multiple sets of fixed holes, to meet a variety of
integration solutions. DT3239D series products have passed FCC, CE, RoHS
certification, and have a large number of market applications in industrial
control, self-service terminals, self-service vending machines, and game
console solutions.

2.1 Touch display installation instructions
Each DT3239D should contain the following items:

2.3 Bracket mounting
1. Place the screen of the touch display facing down;
2. The part of the L-shaped side strip with two feet is upward. The
strip hole of the L-shaped strip is aligned with the two mounting holes
of the DT3239D, and is locked with M4 screws.
3. The remaining three sides of the L-shaped bracket repeat the
operation in the second step.
2.4 Rear VESA wall mount installation
There are four sets of mounting holes and 400x200mm mounting mode on the back
of the display.

2.5 Interface connection
Note: Make sure the computer and touchmonitor are turned off
before connecting the cable to your touchmonitor and PC.
1. Connect the USB cable to the touchmonitor and the host computer;
2. Connect the HDMI signal cable to the host computer and touch
display;
3. Connect the power cable of the computer main unit and the touch
display to ensure that the AC power supply voltage ranges from 100 -
240V.
4. Start the computer host.
Note: The above process should be strictly observed when installing
the touch display, otherwise the touch display may work abnormally.
2.6 Touch technology
When connected to a Windows 7, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10
computer, the touch machine can be touched at 10 points without a
driver, and Android and Linux systems require the customer to
provide the system specific version number.

Chapter 3 Operating Instructions
3.1 Adjust the touch display
Touch displays may require user adjustments to achieve optimal
performance in video output and application performance, and touch
displays should work at optimal resolution, which is 1920x1080.
The touch display's OSD operation menu has a memory function
that automatically memorizes all control adjustments. It is not
necessary to reset the touch display parameters each time the touch
monitor's signal cable is unplugged or the power is turned off.

3.1.2 Power management system
When the display is not working, the screen will turn off the LCD
backlight and automatically sleep to reduce power consumption.

When the touch display is not used for a long time, the power
should be disconnected.
Note: When the monitor is asleep, press the keyboard or mouse to
start the display.
Chapter 4 Common Faults and Solutions
If the touch display fails during use, please refer to the common
troubleshooting methods below. If the problem still cannot be solved,
please contact our customer service center.

Please refer to the third section for instructions
on adjusting the brightness of the liquid crystal;
Display black screen
1) During operation, the monitor screen may be
set to automatically turn off after a period of
time to save power. At this point, just press any
button to get it back to work;
2) It is possible that the brightness is adjusted to
the minimum. Please refer to the instructions on
the touch display adjustment section to adjust
the brightness.
Flashes when the screen is
initialized
Turn off the monitor's power and then restart.
Display “out of ranges”
Check that if the monitor's resolution setting
exceeds the monitor's maximum resolution.
Touch function is not
available
Make sure the USB cable is correctly connected.

Appendix A
Optimal resolution
The optimal resolution of the display is the best working
resolution of the display, at which the display can achieve the
best display. The DT3239D has an optimal resolution of 1920 x
1080. In general, it is recommended to use the monitor at the
optimal resolution. At the same time, you can only operate the
display at the best resolution or below the optimal resolution,
and not work beyond the optimal resolution range.
Appendix B
Use the touch display safely.
This manual contains important information on how to
properly use and maintain your monitor. Before using the
monitor for the first time, please read this manual carefully,
especially the installation of the monitor (Chapter 2), the
operating instructions of the monitor (Chapter 3).

1. In order to reduce the risk of electric shock, please
observe all safety precautions, do not open the rear cover of
the touch display;
2. Turn off the power before cleaning the monitor;
3. The power socket should be installed near the
equipment for convenient to use;
4. The hole on the back of the touch display is used for
ventilation and heat dissipation. Do not block it to avoid
affecting the heat dissipation effect of the machine.
5. Keep the touch monitor dry and ventilated. Do not pour
liquid into the monitor. If the monitor accidentally enters the
water, please do not disassemble it yourself to avoid the risk of
electric shock.
Touch display maintenance
The following tips will help keep the touchmonitor
working:
• To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not disassemble
the monitor. Users cannot repair the touchmonitor by
themselves. Please note that the touchmonitor must be
powered off before cleaning the monitor.
• Do not use alcohol (methanol, ethanol or isopropanol) or

any strong solvent. Do not use thinner, abrasive cleaners or
compressed gas to wipe the surface of the touchmonitor.
• When cleaning the monitor, please use a cleaning cloth
to take a neutral detergentand wipe it with a slight force..
• Avoid liquids entering the touch display. If the monitor
enters the liquid inadvertently, check with a qualified service
technician before turning it on again.
• When wiping the touch monitor screen, do not use a
cloth or sponge that may scratch the surface of the touch
screen.
• When cleaning the touch screen, use a window or glass
cleaner. Pour the cleaner onto the rag and wipe the touch
screen. Do not pour the cleaner directly onto the touch screen.
