differentiated experience tailored to their needs and enabling a proactive support experience
through the HP Insight Online portal. In addition, we provide our HP authorized service
partners
and HP employees preferred firmware access so they can continue to offer excellent service to our
HP customers. We ask our customers to check their existing support agreements to confirm they

are covered or encourage them to obtain a valid support agreement for the HP products in their
environments, to access all the valuable information HP provides to its entitled customers

for HP AlphaServer Systems?
An active warranty, HP Care Pack or support agreement for the specific product being updated is
required to access the latest firmware updates. Despite access, customers are only authorized to
download and use updates for products that are covered by a support contract or warranty.
