• This product is equipped with an internal combustion type engine. DO NOT use unit on or near any
unimproved, forest-covered or brush covered land unless exhaust system is equipped with a spark arrester

have come to a complete stop as the blades can continue to rotate for up to 10 seconds after the engine
has been turned off.
• Turn off the engine:
- Before clearing blockages or eliminating clogging in the discharge chute.
- If excessive vibration is evident.
- Before refuelling, cleaning, checking, opening the discharge chute, emptying the catcher, fitting or
removing mulching baffle or performing maintenance of any kind.
• The blade should be checked regularly for wear, damage and secure mounting. Ensure that all screws and
bolts are always firmly tightened.
