Blending food

• Preparethefoodyouwanttoblend.

Fruit and vegetables should be peeled and

cored, then diced into small cubes.

Fruits and vegetables that are dry and hard

may be dicult to blend. If that is so, process

in small batches and add some liquid to aid

the blending.

• Addthefoodpiecesintoajugorbowl.

Ensure that the quantities in your recipe will

not exceed the capacity of the jug or bowl

once blended.

• Ifyourreciperequireswater,add

puriedwatertothejugorbowlatthis

stage.

The proportion of food to water is normally

2:3.

• Connectthepowercabletoamains

outlet.

• PressandholdthePowerSwitchto

switchtheblenderon.

• Movetheblenderheadaroundalittlein

thejugtoensureallthefoodisblended.

• ReleasethePowerSwitchtoswitcho

theblenderbeforeremovingitfromthe

mixture.
