GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
PLEASE, TAKE TIME TO READ WELL THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
PARTICULARLY BEFORE THE FIRST USE.
A misuse of the appliance can damage it or hurt the user. Assure that
you use the appliance for the use for which it is designed; we refuse
any responsibilities as for the damages by an incorrect use or a bad
manipulation.
1. Before use check that the voltage of your wall outlet
correspond to the rated voltage manner.
2. Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or after
malfunction or has been damaged in any manner.
3. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified person
in order to avoid a hazard (*).
4. Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left
unattended and before assembling, disassembling or
cleaning.
5. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch
hot surface.
6. To reduce the risk of electric shock, never operate this
product with wet hands, spill liquid in the product or
submerge it in water

7. Do not place an appliance on or near a hot gas or on a heated
oven.
8. Do not use outdoors (Household use only).
9. Do not touch the cutting blades and do not insert any kind of
object (knives, forks, spoons etc.) into the bowl while the
product is operation. A spatula may be used only when the
product is not in operation, avoiding the risk of serious
injury.
10. Never operate the product when the bowl is empty and do
not remove the bowl lid before the blades come to a
complete stop.
11. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the
appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
12. Appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they
understand the hazards involved.
13. Children shall not play with the appliance.
14. The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of
external timer or separate remote control system.
15. It is absolutely necessary to keep this appliance clean at all
times as it comes into direct contact with food.
16. Regarding the instructions for cleaning surfaces in contact
with food or oil, thanks to refer to the below paragraph
"cleaning" in manual.
17. There is potential injury for misuse.
18. Be careful when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying

19. Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before
changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use

blender as it can be ejected out of the appliance due to a
sudden steaming.

USE
BEFORE FIRST USE:
- All parts of the blender are to be thoroughly cleaned before being used for the first time.
- Connect the device to the mains supply.
HOW TO USE:
1. Check the switch knob is on the ”0” bit pointer position.
2. Put the cup on to the motor base and turn clockwise to lock the cup in.
3. Place the foodstuff you wish into the cup.
4. Put the lid on the cup and close securely.
5. Place the measuring cap into the hole in the lid.
6. Switch on the motor appliance.

Note : The switch does not permanently engage in the P setting. You have to hold the switch in the “P”
setting or push it repeatedly.

KB (max operating time) : 3min ON and 1min OFF, 10 cycles max for water and soaked carrots with
1500ml of glass cup to avoid overheating or consequential damage.
GRINDER USE:
1. Place the dry foodstuff like coffee beans, almonds, peanuts, nuts and more into the glass bowl.
2. Put the grinder cover on the grinder base and close securely.
3. Switch on the motor.
NOTES:
- Never reach into the bowl with your fingers or an object while the appliance is running.
- Do not remove the bowl when the appliance is in operation.
- The water temperature should not be over 60 when cleaning the unit.
RECIPES:
Guacamole :
o Ingredients :
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 tomatoes
- 2-4 cloves of garlic to suit personal taste
- 1/2 lime or lemon
- Salt and pepper
o Directions :
- Halve the avocados and remove the stone, remove the flesh of the fruit from the skin with a
table spoon and clop coarsely.
- Place the avocados in the blender jug, press the garlic and add to the jug as well, squeeze the
lime or lemon and pour in the juice, puree for approx. one minute on speed level 2
- Sesson with salt and pepper, add more lime juice and garlic to taste and stir through briefly.
- Transfer the avocado cream to a bowl. Chop the tomatoes into small pieces and stir through
the avocado cream by hand. Do not leave to stand too long or the cream will go brown,
sprinkle with lemon or lime juice if necessary. Serve immediately.
Frozen cappuccino :
o Ingredients :
- 100g ice cubes
- 1 cup of strong cold coffee
- 1 cup of vanilla ice cream
o Directions :
- Place the ice cubes in the blender jug and crush at intervals in the P position
- Add the vanilla ice cream and mix on speed 2, add the cold coffee and blend briefly on speed
1. Serve immediately.
Smoothie
o Ingredients (serves 4) :
- 350g berries/strawberries
- 1 banana
- 500ml orange juice
- 1 tablespoon of honey
o Directions :
- Wash and clean the berries, halving the strawberries, slice the banana and place all
ingredients in the blender jug, mix for approx. 30 seconds on speed 2. Serve immediately.

- Tip: particularly delicious in summer with frozen berries, for this first pulse the berries in the
P position and then add the remaining ingredients and blend briefly on speed 2.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The appliance is easier to clean if cleaning is done immediately
after use.
- Switch the appliance off.
- Remove the plug from the main socket.
- Turn blender cup to loosen counter-clockwise.
- Clean the cap, lid and jar with a soapy water and rinse them
under the tap.
- Use a dry damp cloth to clean the body.
- Never immerse the base of your appliance in water nor rise
it under the tap.
- Do not use abrasive cleaning agents, scourers, acetone,
alcohol etc. to clean the appliance
Note : Glass bowl, lid and cap are low-temperature dishwasher-
compatible accessories.
