Safety precautions
The product should be tightly fixed to
avoid drop damages and even fire.
To avoid fire hazards, do not use this
product under direct sunlight or closely
to heat sources.
Do not locate the product close to water
or oil, which may cause fire hazards.
Unplug the power supply and antenna of
the product when there is a rainstorm,
especially thunderstorm.
Do not use damaged or worn electric
plugs, and keep electric cord away from
heat sources to avoid electric shocks or
fire hazards.
Do not connect excessive sockets in
parallel or share the same socket by
multiple plugs to avoid fire hazards.
The product must be placed on a solid
and stable surface to avoid collapse.
Unauthorized disassembly of the television
is prohibited to avoid electric shocks or fire
hazards. Contact authorized after-sales
service if technical service is needed.
Keep the product away from a transformer
or heat source to avoid fire hazards.
Disconnect the product from power supply
and contact authorized after-sales service
if abnormal sound is heard in the product.

The antenna of the product should
be away from electric cable to avoid
electric shocks.
Never touch the plug when your hand is wet
as this might cause electric shocks.
Always make sure that the television
is well plugged as poor electric
connection might cause fire.
When antenna is used, measures should be
taken to prevent water from flowing down along
the cable into the television.
Unplug the television, use soft fabric,
never chemicals, if you are going to
make cleaning of the product. Make
sure that no water drops in the product.
The plug and electric cable must be kept
clean to avoid electric shocks or fire hazards.
Disconnect the television from power
supply and antenna when there is a
rainstorm or thunderstorm to avoid
electric shocks or fire hazards.

For PC display purpose. Connects to the VGA analog output
connector of the PC display card. And audio input terminal
connecting to the PC output terminal.
4.COMPONENT IN
is an video input terminal connecting to the video output
terminal of the video output device(Y Cb Cr/ Y Pb Pr). And
audio output terminal connecting to the audio output terminal
of the video output device.
5.DVI IN
For high quality PC display purpose. Connects to the DVI
digital output connector of the PC display card.
6-7.SCART2/SCART1
Used to connect to the DVD/ VCR/ broadcasting receiver or
other equipment.
8.Earphone port
9.ANT IN
Connect antenna or CATV 75 coaxial cable to receive TV/
CATV signal.

1.Slide open the cover of the battery compartment on the back of
the remote controller.
2.Load two 5# alkaline batteries in the compartment. (plus and
minus poles to respective mark)
3.Replace the cover of the battery compartment.
Make sure that there is no
obstacle between the remote
controller and television set.
As strong light may interfere the
signals, change your position to
operate the remote controller if
the television cannot be turned
on or off as you expect.
Keep the remote controller
away from heat source or
humid area to ensure
effective performance of
the remote controller.
Make sure that two 5# 1.5V alkaline
batteries are loaded. The batteries
must be of the same type. The batteries
must be located properly. The batteries
are not rechargeable.

properly loaded.

current screen and press again to continue

Program direct option(when edit prog-

by turns among the digits and sign on top

on the TV from standby mode .

Switch the current channel to the last
channel you have viewed.

Automatic standby
Under PC state, 1minutes later after no signals
are input, the television will enter standby status
automatically.
Power ON/OFF
1.Switch on power supply (indicator in red in
standby)
2.If the television is on standby mode , you could
press CH+/- or digits buttons on remote controller
or POWER button on the TV to turn on the TV.
3.If you want to switch off the TV to standby mode
press POWER button on TV or button on
remote controller .
4.Disconnect the power supply or unplug the
television if it is intended to completely cease the
television performance.
1.MENU: main menu entry, menu exit or return to
next higher level menu.
2.VOL+: next lower level menu entry.
3.VOL-/+: adjust item you have selected in menu.
4.CH+/-: option of next higher/lower level item.
5.If there is no operation, the display will disapp-
ear on the time of your set. Timer can be set 5 se-
conds , 10 seconds,15 seconds,20seconds, 25
seconds,30seconds and 40 seconds.
NOTE:To avoid data errors,switch on the television after
the indicator goes out after the television is swi-
tched off.

If you have set Tuner Lock in Lock Set menu.
Password must be entered when operating menu
tuning. Otherwise there will be Tuner Lock display
on screen. The initial password of this television
is 0000.

1.Press CH+/- button on TURNING menu to select
Auto Search.(You could select country first according
to yourself(that means you have selected the sound
system ,this is useful especially for France) and then
you could operate Auto Search
2.Press VOL+ button on the remote controller for
automatic scan of programs with higher level.
The program on desired channel will be saved.
If excessive channel signals of unwanted programs
are received in local area, manual search function
is recommended.
After Tuning Program menu appears on the screen,
press CH+/- button to select Manual Search and
VOL+/- to enter and then press digits button to
adjust the frequency .

If current program is to be named, press VOL-/+
button to select position you want to change and

1.Select desired program
Select buttons in sequence
Press CH+/- button for program option. (Note:
If Skip is On on one channel, the channel will not
appear.)

Press digit button to select the program(If 2-
digit or 3-digit programs are selected , press digit
buttons you needed twice or three times within 3
seconds )

If current program number is to be skipped, press
VOL-/+ button to set Skip on.

If current program color is to be changed, press
VOL-/+ button and then the color system will

If current program sound is to be changed, press
VOL-/+ button and then the sound system will
change in sequence of L D/K I B/G M L.
Note: When channels are being scanned, sound
system will be automatically identified and set
according to television signals. If the sound system
is changed by manual operation, the correct sound
might not be broadcast.
6. Fine Tuning
If there is abnormal picture or sound in individual
program, press VOL-/+ button to make fine tune until
satisfactory picture and sound are achieved.

2. Press VOL+/- button to change sound volume.
3. Press MUTE button to silence television sound.
If you want to resume the sound, press MUTE
again or VOL+/-button.
4. If current program number, color system and
sound system are to be displayed on the screen,
press DISPLAY button, and all the related inform-
ation will appear at right up corner of the screen.
If the DISPLAY button is pressed again, the
displayed information will disappear.(If the program
is named, its name will also appear )
5. Audio Mode
Press S.STD button and the audio mode menu
will appear on the screen,then you can select the
modes in sequence by CH+/- as follows:

It is possible for users to select desired sound
mode for different television programs.
6. Video Mode
Press P.STD button and the video mode menu will
appear on the screen,then you can select the
modes in sequence by CH+/- as follows:

7. Off-time
a) Every press of SLEEP button, the timer will be
set in the following sequence:

b) If remaining time of set timer is to be displayed,
press the SLEEP button again.

Picture quality setup
Picture quality can be adjusted in any channel.
The picture quality on the screen can be adjusted
as follows:
1.Press Menu button until the following menu
appears on the screen:

Note:Hue option of Menu will effect only in
NTSC system program.

2. Press VOL+ button to enter PICTURE menu on which
the current option is in yellow. Press CH+/- to select desired
item.
3. After one item is designated, press VOL-/+ button to
adjust.
4. Repeat step 2 and 3 until satisfactory picture quality is
achieved. At the time of the Timeout arrival of the latest
operation, the menu disappears from the screen autom-
atically. (Also, you could press MENU or EXIT to exit it)
