Wind deflector (honeycomb)
Permanently installed rails on the roll bars enable
the wind deflector to be swiftly fitted and removed.
When the net is not in use, it can be stowed in a
special holder in the luggage compartment.
Wind deflector (mesh)
Reduces air draught and turbulence. The wind
deflector is pulled over the roll bars and secured
with hooks to the interior trim. When not in use, it
can be stowed in a storage pocket in the luggage
compartment.
Convertible top cover
Elegantly conceals the convertible top frame when
driving with the convertible top down. The
convertible top cover is colour-matched to the
interior trim.
Rear lights with white direction indicators
This package comprises rear lights with white
direction indicators, a third brake light in white and
the side direction indicators in white behind the
BMW emblem. An attractive and highly effective
detail.
Hardtop
The fibre-reinforced plastic hardtop available in the
car’s paint finish transforms your BMW Z4 quickly
and easily into an individual coupé and increases
in-car comfort in the winter months. Incorporating
window heating within the tinted glass. The hardtop
has an integrated roof spoiler which further
accentuates the Z4’s sporty appearance.

The decorative feature set in the aluminium strip
has a chrome appearance in daylight. When the
light fades this is subtly illuminated.
Drink holders
Two drink holders, which pop out when touched,
are integrated underneath the left and right-hand

Anti-dazzle light for map reading. The light beam
can be pointed in any direction thanks to the
flexible arm.

Professional navigation system with route map
The BMW Professional navigation system, with its
16:9 display which pops up out of the dashboard,
directs you with the aid of the Global Positioning
System (GPS) with reliable accuracy to within ten
metres of your destination. Navigation is performed
by means of a route map – different scales can be
selected – and/or direction arrows. In each case,
you are supported by voice messages.
Multifunctional steering wheel
Enabling the radio and integrated telephone to be
operated from the steering wheel. Operates both
volume control and preset station/phone memory

Interface for Apple iPod
The iPod interface allows the Apple iPod, iPod mini
and iPod Photo to be connected to your vehicles
audio system. By selecting genres, artists, albums
and playlists it is now possible to access your
entire music collection at any time in your car.
The music stored on the iPod is played by the
audio system and the iPod is also charged at the
same time. To ensure that you do not lose control
of this volume of music, the audio display
integrated in the dashboard shows the current
track or your position in the selection menu.
The maximum number of folders that can be
displayed is 255 and 1 folder equates to 1 artist or 1
album (non SA6FL). When iPod connector is fitted,
CD changer function is disabled and can no longer
be used.

If your vehicle already has security equipment, it is
likely that BMW’s additional security can enhance
the factory-fitted system you presently rely on.
This includes the availability of the ultimate BMW
Approved, stolen vehicle recovery systems, which
are now able to locate vehicles in Europe* as well
as mainland Great Britain. Once installed by BMW
factory trained technicians, the products may
entitle you to a reduction in your vehicle insurance

Headlight washer system
The headlight washer system prevents dirt
accumulation on the headlights. This ensures
better illumination of the road.
Fog lights
These fog lights throw a wider beam onto the road
and also reduce backglare.
Park Distance Control
Makes parking and manoeuvring the car easier.
Obstacles closer than a distance of approximately
1.5m are detected and signalled by an acoustic
warning.
Hand lamp
This small hand lamp with storage battery can be
connected to the cigarette lighter and charged as
required. With magnifying glass.
Cruise control
Stores the desired speed (from approx. 30 km/h)
and keeps it constant. Operated from the steering
column stalk. Braking or manual deactivation
cancels the function. The stored speed is
automatically resumed at the touch of a button.

available seat size reducer, the BMW Baby Seat 0+
can be ergonomically adapted to fit newborns.
Junior Seat I-II
The BMW Junior Seat I–II with height and tilt
adjustable backrest and restraint cushion is an
ideal solution for children between 9 months and 7
years (9 to 25 kg body weight). The restraint
cushion offers ideal protection to children from 9
months up to approx. 4 years: It reduces the impact
of the forces acting on the cervical spine in the
event of an accident. For children with a body
weight in excess of 18 kg or approx. 3.5 years, the
restraint cushion is no longer used. Your child is
then secured in using the vehicle seat belt.
Junior Seat II
The BMW Junior Seat II is offered without restraint
cushion for children over 15 kg and approx. 3.5
years.
The ISOFIX preparation may only legally be used
for children up to 18 kg. Accordingly, the BMW
Junior Seat II is not available with the ISOFIX
option.
Junior Seat II-III
The BMW Junior Seat II - III has a size scale for up
to 150 cm which allows optimum setting of the
headrest and upper belt guide. With side, height
and seat back adjustments the Junior seat II-III has
been designed with optimum safety and comfort in
mind.
ISOFIX preparation may only legally be used for
children up to 18 kg. Accordingly, the BMW Junior
Seat II-III is not available with the ISOFIX option.
The seat is secured by the vehicle's own
three-point seat belt with belt guides for simple
mounting.
