PORTER No. 00879-000 FLOOR SLEEVE ADAPTER FOR

SECOND FLOOR INSTALLATIONS

Adapter shall consist of a weldment to bolt on underside of second floor concrete slab with center 6" inside

diameter x 10" long sleeve to accept grout for casting 9" long floor sleeve into non-shrink type grout fill (by

installer). Overall size of weldment shall be 11-5/8" wide 36" long x 10" deep.

Weldment shall be secured to underside of slab with eight (8) special one-piece masonry expansion anchors (3-

3/4" in length) and 1/2" hardware. The weldment shall be installed with the longitude (36" length) in line with

volleyball, tennis or badminton, net layout (see architectural, court layout floor plan.)

Adapter shall be used in conjunction with optional floor sleeve.
