SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. READ INSTRUCTIONS - All the safety and operating instructions should be read before the appliance is operated.
2. RETAIN INSTRUCTIONS - The safety and operating instruction should be retained for future reference.

a. Dirty or scratched CD may cause a skipping problem. Clean or replace the CD.

. If an error display or malfunction occurs, disconncet the AC cord and remove all the batteries. Then turn the power
back on.

Since dirty, damaged or warped discs may damage the appliance, care should be taken of the followings items:

Insert a Cell size batteries into the battery compartment. Be sure that the batteries are inserted
correctly to avoid damage to the remote control. Always remove the batteries when the remote
control will not be used for a long period of time, as this will cause leakage to the batteries and
subsequently damage to your set.
Notes:
- Power button on main unit must be ‘On’ in order for Remote Control to operate.
-
If the distance required between the remote control and the appliance decreases, the batteries
are exhausted. In this case replace the batteries with new one.
SENSOR WINDOW OF THE RECEIVER
- Even if the remote control is operated within the effective range, its operation may be impossible if
there are any obstacies between the appliance and the remote control.
- If the remote control is operated near other appliances which generate infrared rays, or if other
remote control devices using infrared rays are used near the appliance, it may operate incorrectly.

AUTOMATIC TUNING
MANUAL TUNING
1. Press the “FUNCTION” button to select Radio FM mode.
2. Press and hold TUNING “SKIP+” or “SKIP-” button 2 seconds to start automatic tuning process.
3. When a station is tuned in the tuning process, it will stop automatically and you can listen to your
desired station.
1. In the standby mode, press the “STANDBY/FUNCTION” button to switch on the unit.
2. Press the “STANDBY/FUNCTION” button once to switch other mode
(Radio FM/ CD/ USB/ BLUETOOTH/AUX-IN).
3. Press and hold the “STANDBY /FUNCTION” 2 seconds to switch off the unit in all modes.
This product equipped auto station searching & saving function.
1. Press the “FUNCTION” button to select Radio FM mode.
2. Press and hold “ SCAN” button 2 seconds, unit will auto search and save all available radio station.
3. Press “M-/ ” button once to select the previous present station or press “M+/ ” button once
to select the next preset station.
It is for selecting stations, which cannot be tuned automatically.(manual selection)
To tune a channel manually.
1. Press the “FUNCTION” button to select Radio FM mode.
2. Press TUNING “SKIP+” or “SKIP-” button to select station.
3. Each time the “SKIP+” or “SKIP-” button is pressed momentarily(0.5 second or less), the frequency
changes by a fixed step: FM: 0.05MHz.
MEMORY PRESET
1. Repeat step 1 to 3 in the AUTOMATIC TUNING procedures.
2. Press the “MODE” button to start the preset process.
3. Display will show “P01” and flashing.
4. Press the “M-/ ” or “M+/ ” button to determine the preset station number.
5. Press again the “MODE” button to preset your desired station.
6. Once all the stations were preset, press the “M-/ ” or “M+/ ” button to listen to your desired
station.

Press and hold “Sleep” button 2 seconds then display show “SLEEP 90”.
Press and hold “Sleep” button 2 seconds again, then display show “SLEEP 80”.
Repeat the procedure to choose the correct setting.

Press again to stop playing CD / MP3 operation temporarily.

PLAYBACK
1. Press the “FUNCTION” button to select CD mode.
2. Open the CD door and place a CD / MP3 disc with the label up in the CD compartment.
3. Close the CD door.
4. Focus search is performed if disc is inside.
For CD disc - Total number of tracks is read and appears on the display.
For MP3 disc - “MP3” appears on the display.
5. Playback will start automatically from the first track.
6. Adjust the “VOLUME” control to the desired level.
7. Press the “PLAY / PAUSE” button again when you want to stop playback temporarily.
8. Press the “STOP” button when finished.
Press to go to the next track or back to the previous track.
Press and hold while playing until you find the point of the sound.

PROGRAM
Be sure to press the “STOP” button before use.
1. Press the “MODE” button, the display will show “P01” and flash.
2. Select desired track by using the M-/ or M+/ button.
3. Press the “MODE” button again to confirm desired track into the program memory.
4. Repeat step 2 and 3 to enter additional tracks into the program memory.
5. When all the desired tracks have programmed, press the “PLAY / PAUSE” button to play the disc
in the order you have programmed.
6. Press the “STOPbutton twice to terminate programmed playback.
Up to 20 tracks fo CD disc, 99 tracks of MP3 disc can be programmed for disc play in any order.

Please paring the Bluetooth device and the unit before start play music.

Press again to stop playing USB operation temporarily.

PLAYBACK
1. Plug or slot in USB device to the port.
1. Press the “FUNCTION” button to select “BT” mode.
1. Turn on the Bluetooth function on your device and search for “686”.
2. Select “686” to start paring until a sound could be heard.
3. The “BT INDICATOR” will stop flashing once connected.
4. Start playback or select the desire music and volume by controlling the Bluetooth device.
Select desired volume level by press volume knob “+” or “-“.
2. The “BT INDICATOR” will flash, which indicated that searching for Bluetooth device.

3. Focus search is performed and total number of tracks is read and appears on the display.

CLOCK SETTING
OTHER FEATURES
If the unit is holding 10mins in “Pause” or “Stop” or “NO Disc / USB” status in CD or USB or Aux in
mode, the unit will be moved to “Clock” mode automatically.
Please press and hold the “POWER/FUNCTION” button 2 seconds to wake up the unit.
POWER SAVE FUNCTION
1. Connect 3.5mm jack cable to this unit and your device.
2. Press the “Function” button to select “ AUX IN” mode.
3. Press “Play” on your device and enjoy.
Remark: 3.5mm Aux in cable isn’t included.

1. Plug in the appliance at the mains.
2. The display will show the clock 0:00 (24H) in standby mode.
3. Press and hold the “CLOCK” button around 2 seconds,
4. Press the “CLOCK” button again and then Press the SKIP (+ and -) button to set the correct hour.
5. Press the “CLOCK” button again and then Press the SKIP (+ and -) button to set the correct minutes.
6. Check that the correct time interval (AM) is displayed and adjust time display if necessary.
7. Press the “CLOCK” button to complete the setting.
