CARTER-HOFFMANN ST1820 is a heavy-duty satellite transport cart designed to transport and maintain the temperature of large quantities of food. With its top-mounted heating system, the ST1820 can heat food to 200° F (94° C) and maintain a preheat temperature of 160° F (71° C) in approximately 20 minutes. The cart's interior is made of 20 gauge stainless steel and is insulated with 1" thick high density fiberglass for optimal temperature retention.

The ST1820 has a large capacity, with 12 pairs of universal slides that can accommodate 18"x26" trays or pans.
