Universal Crimp Tool Die
Installation Instructions
The Extron Universal Crimp Tool dies can be easily installed or replaced into an
Extron crimp tool handle as follows:
1. Remove the top and bottom screws that hold the existing
dies in the crimp tool.
2. Slide the top and bottom dies out of the crimp tool.
3. Slide the replacement dies into the crimp tool.

Pay careful attention to the orientation of the
dies. See the drawing below at right.
4. Use the screws removed in step 1 to secure the
dies in place.
