AccuTemp N6 is a stand-mounted, connectionless convection steamer that utilizes Steam Vector Technology for faster cooking, improved energy efficiency, and better pan-to-pan uniformity. It requires no water lines, drains, or filtration systems, making it easy to install and maintain. The N6 features a heavy-duty stainless steel construction, a digital control panel, and a programmable preset timer. It also includes a front-mounted drain valve, a dishwasher-safe wire pan rack, and a one-piece steam collector and distributor panel.
