ASSEMBLY MANUAL
Force USA Compact LEG Press/Calf Raise
BEFORE YOU START
Remove all parts from the packaging and separate and count each various component to ensure everything
has been correctly provided.
Follow the instructions and consult both the individual assembly pages and the overall expanded views of
the equipment.
Certain parts may arrive pre-assembled from the factory.
It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that all users of this unit have read the owner’s manual and are
familiar with the safety precautions.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Highly recommended for two or more people to assemble the equipment to avoid injury.
Assemble the equipment on a flat level surface.
Consider placing a mat under the equipment to protect your floor.
Wear appropriate footwear and clothing during assembly and use.
Only tighten nuts and bolts by hand until the whole equipment is assembled.
Ensure you correctly orientate each piece before attaching.
Do not allow children and pets to be unsupervised around the assembly or usage of this equipment.
Ensure all parts are in full working order before use.
Only one person should use the machine at any one time.
Do not use the equipment outdoors or around water.
Keep hair, fingers or clothing away from moving parts.
Only use attachments recommended by the manufacturer.
Never operate if any parts are not functioning correctly.
Always correctly stretch and warm up before using the equipment.
Stop immediately if you experience any pain, dizziness or nausea. See a doctor at once.
PLEASE NOTE: Descriptions of pieces as LEFT and RIGHT are from the point of view of standing behind
the equipment facing towards the front.

PARTS LIST F-UPC
1. Attach Connecting Frame (3), Rear Stabilizer (2) and Rear Connecting Frame (4) using
M10x75 Bolts (58) vertically and M10x95 Bolts (54) horizontally with Washers (62) and
Nuts (59)
2. Attach Connecting Frame (3), Front Stabilizer (1) and Skew Frame (8) using M10x75
Bolts (58) vertically and M10x95 Bolts (54) horizontally with Washers (62) and Nuts (59)
3. Attach Skew Frame (8) to Rear Connecting Frame (4) with Bracket (29), M10x85 Bolts
(53), Washers (62) and Nuts (53)

Attach the 2 x Inclined Support Frames (18) to Rear Stabilizer (2) and Rear Connecting
Frame (4) using M10x70 Bolts (51), M10x85 Bolts (53), Washers (62) and Nuts (59)
1. Attach the 2 x Guide Rods (13) to the Skew Frame (8) with M12x25 Bolts (56), Spring
Washers (64) and Washers (63)
2. Position the Pin Axle (20) on the Skew Frame (8) and slide the Sliding Frame (10) onto
the Guide Rods so that it rests against the Pin Axle
3. Add the Connector Tube (14) to the Guide Rods (13) with M12x25 Bolts (56), Spring
Washers (64) and Washers (63)

Connect the Square Bracket (38) to Connector Tube (14) and Skew Frame (8) with
M10x60 Bolts (40), Washers (62) and M10 Nuts (59)
1. Attach Adjuster (5) to Sliding Frame (10) with M10x80 Bolt (52), Washers (62) and M10
Nut (59)
2. Slide the Backrest Pad Adjuster (6) into the Adjuster (5) and add the Magnetic Pin (25)
3. Attach the Backrest Pad Mount (7) to the Backrest Pad Adjuster (6) with M10x110 Bolt
(55), Washers (62) and M10 Nut (59)
4. Slide the Stud Bolt (28) through the Sliding Frame (10) and Backrest Pad Mount (7),
then secure with Washers (63) and M12 Nuts (60)
1. Attach the Adjuster (9) to the Foot Stand (11) with M10x80 Bolt (52), Washers (62) and
M10 Nut (59)
2. Attach the Adjuster (5) to the Skew Frame (8) with M10x80 Bolt (52), Washers (62) and
M10 Nut (59)
3. Slide the M12x270 Stud Bolt (27) through the Foot Stand (11) and Skew Frame (8), then
secure with Washers (63) and M12 Nuts (60)
4. Slot the lower part of the Adjuster (9) into the Adjuster (5) and position a Magnetic Pin
(25)
1. Slide the Bearing Rod (22) through the Sliding Frame (10) so that it is exposed on either
side

Attach the Right Hand Stand (16) to the Sliding Frame (10) with M10x25 Bolt (65),
Washers (62) and M10 Nut (59)
3. Attach the Long Barbell Bushing Frame (31) to the Bearing Rod (22) with the M8x12
Allen Bolt (47)
4. Add the Barbell Buffer (32) and Spring Clip (45)
5. Repeat on the other side to attach the Left Hand Stand (15) and associated components
1. Attach the Seat Pad (23) to the Sliding Frame (10) with M8x60 Bolts (50) and 8mm
Washers (61)
2. Attach the Backrest Pad (24) to the Backrest Pad Mount (7) with M8x20 Bolts (49) and
8mm Washers (61)
3. Now that hand assembly is completed, ensure everything is tightened using the
necessary tools such as Wrench and Allen Key

a Lifetime Structural Warranty along with 2 years cover on all cables and pulleys.
This warranty applies to first owners and does not cover second hand equipment
or re-sold equipment. This Force USA warranty covers only failures due to
defects in structural, cables and pulleys and workmanship that occur during
normal home use. It will not cover damage that occurs in transport/delivery or
failure due to misuse, abuse, neglect, mis-application, alteration or improper
assembly of the product. This warranty does not cover the use or failure of
equipment in studio commercial applications. The replacement or repair
provided for under the Force USA warranty is the responsibility of the user and
the customer will be responsible for any freight charges applicable. Force USA
will not be liable for any consequential damages or for breach of any implied
warranty on the range of Force USA strength equipment. Force USA reserves the
right to provide reconditioned parts and/or to request a return and repair existing
defective parts on the Force USA product.
