Introduction
This Pulley Puller kit has been designed for the latest Ford 2.0L
EcoBlue TDCi engine which features an innovative “belt in oil”
design where the synchronous drive belt is sited inside the
oiled area of the engine. In order to gain access to the timing
belt area of these engines it is necessary to remove the front
pulley which often requires some force.
The tool does this by connecting to the inner part of the pulley
which ensures no damage to the rubber component of the
pulley.
For timing belt replacement see Laser 7323.
*NOTE: Performs the function of OEM 205-295 (puller) and
204-158-01 (crankshaft nose protector spigot) for the
applications listed only.
