Here are some Common QA for your reference,if you can not solve the problem after trying,pls

Q:The cover is cracked, what should I do?

A:Pls contact us directly at:Udreamerservice0[email protected]m

Q:The turntable won’t stop and keeps playing at the end of the music, what’s wrong?

A:Usually the turntable will stop at the end of music playing.But sometimes it won’t stop because

of the record problem, in this way, pls check the auto stop button, turn on it , it will stop ,see

below picture

Q:What can I get in the package?

A:In the package, you can get a turntable, a user manual,a power cord in 5V,1.5A.If you find

something missing,pls contact us at:Udreamerservice01@outlook.com

Q:The record player can not play vinyls properly and skip the records,what should I do?

A:Usually, there are 3 reasons to make this happen:

①:The position of stylus is tilt,not in the middle,the non-paralleled tone arm will be in incorrect

tracking and cause the skip.See below picture.

Solution:pls contact us at:Udreamerservice01@outlook.com to get a new needle

②:Vinyl records have been used for a long time,some scratches on the surface may cause the skip

Solution:Pls change a new vinyl

③:Stylus has been damaged due to daily use.

Solution:Pls change a new stylus or contact us at:Udreamerservice01@outlook.com

Q:The built in speaker is broken,What should I do?

A:Pls contact us directly

Q:After plug the power, the turntable is of no light,no spin

①:The power cord may damaged

Solution:Pls change a power cord to try, power cord with 5V,1.5A voltage is suitable for this

turntable, or you can just contact us to get it

②:The circuit is damaged

Solution:Pls contact us to change it or get the refund
