1. GET YOUR COMPATIBLE PHONE READY 2. OPTIMIZING YOUR PHONE SETTINGS :
(1) Disable adaptive brightness in settings / display
(2) Set Brightness level to maximum in settings / display
(3) Turn on location in settings / location
(4) Set location to high accuracy in settings / location / mode
(5) Turn on Bluetooth in settings / Bluetooth
(6) Set media volume to above 70%

(1) Make sure the phone is connected to WiFi.
(2) Go to jedichallenges.com/app with your phone browser
and follow the instructions to download, or search for the
Star Wars: Jedi Challenges app on the application store
on your phone. Download and install the application

3. TURN ON
THE LIGHTSABER
2. ADJUST THE VOLUME
Turn on the Bluetooth on your
phone, turn on the lightsaber using
the power switch under its base.
If not set to maximum,
set to maximum to insure best
gaming experience. Swipe left
to get to the next screen.

4. CONNECT
THE LIGHTSABER
Tap search for lightsaber. You have
10 seconds to click any lightsaber
button. The lightsaber tip turns
blue, which means it is connected.
Swipe left to get to the next
screen.
5. CALIBRATE
YOUR SABER
While standing in your play area,
tab the calibration button
Tab the calibration button
Hold your lightsaber parallel to
the floor
And follow the instructions to
make a figure-eight motion
until the circle gets filled in and
the saber vibrates in your hand.
Swipe left to get to the next
screen.
On Android, if this fails it is
because location is not enabled.
Enable location in the settings of
your Android phone.

6. PLACE YOUR TRACKING BEACON ON THE FLOOR
Insert the included AA batteries inside the Tracking beacon.
Turn on the beacon to pink.
Place it on the floor in your play area.
Make sure you will be able to stand 1.2 to 1.5m / 4 - 4.5 feet
away from the beacon while playing.
Swipe left to get to the next screen.
7. CONNECT YOUR CABLE
Remove your phone protective case if you have one.
Make sure to connect the cable as on the pictures, so the
cable extends upwards.
Swipe left to get to the next screen.
Do not force to insert the cable in your phone. 3 cables are
provided in the box, make sure to use the one matching your
phone connector.

8. ACCEPT DISPLAY PERMISSIONS (ON ANDROID ONLY)
Connect your phone to the headset to activate permissions
and grant them.
Accept the pop up that appears. Disconnect the cable from
the headset when done, and Click the cross on top right
corner to continue to the next step.
9. TAKE THE PHONE TRAY OUT FROM THE HEADSET
Pull out the tray from the inside of the headset
Pull it out completely so you are able to insert the phone

10. INSERT THE PHONE IN THE CASE
Make sure the stopper is in the position indicated on the screen
instructions. The position of the stopper depends on the phone
model you are using.
Tap “continue” before inserting the phone inside the tray
When you see the dash-box on screen, place the phone inside
the tray, face down, and close the tray.
Fasten the phone by pushing the fasteners to max position.

THE PHONE IN THE HEADSET
make sure to place the stopper as indicated on the app, as the stopper
position depends on your phone model.

11. INSERT THE TRAY
INSIDE THE HEADSET,
Slide in the tray, screen down all the way
inside until it clicks in position
12. AND CONNECT THE PHONE
TO THE HEADSET
Connect the micro-USB to its
port, the light will glow red
13. PUT ON THE HEADSET
AND START YOUR JEDI TRAINING.
