OPERATION
The Cartridge Cooler can be used as a portable cooler
or recessed in the counter. To recess in counter, cut
out a 6
1
/2” diameter hole and set the Bain Marie into it.
1. Freeze eutectic capsules overnight.
2. Slide frozen eutectic capsules into capsule holder.
3. Place eutectic capsules and holder into Bain Marie.
IMPORTANT: Pre-frozen eutectic capsules last
approximately six hours before refreezing is necessary.
