Hotkey and OSD Operating Commands
Command Hotkey Sequence OSD Sequence Description
Open the OSD Press [Shift],
[Shift] keys
[Shift], [Shift] is the default Hotkey Sequence.
This can be switched to one of four options. (See
below for details.)
Switch to Next
Available Port
Press [Shift],
Plus [+] keys
• Open the OSD using the steps above
• Navigate to the desired port and press the [Enter] key
Switch to the
Previous Port
Press [Shift],
Minus [-] keys
• Open the OSD using the steps above
• Navigate to the desired port and press the [Enter] key
To Change the Switch Hotkey:
Highlight the Hotkey option in the OSD General Settings menu.1.
Press 2. [Space] to toggle through the various options.
When you’ve selected the desired Hotkey, simply exit the OSD. Pressing 3. [Enter] is not required to activate your selection.
Notes:
(SH-SH)4. : This represents the [Shift] key. To access the OSD menu, press [Shift] twice. To access the next KVM in line, press [Shift], then [+].
To access the previous KVM in line, press [Shift], then [-].
(CL-CL)5. : This represents the [Ctrl] key. To access the OSD menu, you can either press the left [Ctrl] key twice or you can press the right [Ctrl] key
once and then the left [Ctrl] key. You can press either [Ctrl] key once and the [+] key to access the next KVM in line. You can press either [Ctrl]
key once and the [-] key to access the previous KVM in line.
(CLF11)6. : This represents the [Ctrl] key and the [F11] key. To access the OSD menu, you press either [Ctrl] key and then [F11]. You can press
either [Ctrl] key once and then [+] to access the next KVM in line. You can press either [Ctrl] key once and then [-] to access the previous KVM in
line.
(PRSCR)7. : This represents the [Print Screen] key. To access the OSD menu, press [Print Screen]. When you select [Print Screen] as your Hotkey,
the Port Selection Hotkey commands are deactivated, leaving the OSD main menu as the only way to switch to another port.
