The Stand-by function automatically deactivates the appliance to decrease energy consumption when:
Before you press Start/Pause button, if
you do not use the appliance for about

washing programme. Once activated
the appliance, the display shows the
end of the cycle.

The display gives immediately the information
about the washing programmes.

This indicator tells you when it is possible to
open the door.
C The Child Lock
The “Child Lock” device prevents children to
play with the Control Panel.
The PROPORTIONAL wash
The appliance adjusts automatically the cycle
time to the laundry load to have PERFECT
washing results in the minimum necessary time.
After about 15 minutes from the start of the
programme, the display shows the new time
value.
FUNCTIONS buttons
Quick
This funtion allows to decrease the programme
duration:
Press once to set a short cycle for items
with daily soil.
Press twice to set an extra quick cycle for
items with very light soil.
Extra rinse
This funtion allows to add rinse phases to the
washing programme. To use for persons allergic
to detergents and in areas where the
water is soft.
Delay start
This funtion allows to delay the start of the
programme from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Start The Appliance
1. Activate the drain system: put 2 litres of
water in the main wash compartment of the
detergent dispenser.
2. Put a small quantity of detergent in the
main wash compartment of the detergent
dispenser.
3. Set and start a programme for cotton at
the highest temperature without laundry to
remove all possible dirt from the drum and
the tub.
1. Open the water tap.
2. Connect the mains plug to the mains socket.
3. Press On/Off button to activate the
appliance.
4. Put the laundry in the drum, one item at
a time. Make sure not to put too much
laundry in the drum and that no laundry
stays between the seal and the door.
5. Close the door.
6. Put the detergent and additives in the
correct compartment of the dispenser.
7. Turn the programme knob to set a
programme.
8. The display shows the default temperature
and the maximum spin speed. To change
the temperature and/or the spin speed,
press the related buttons.
9. Set the available functions and if necessary,
the delay start.
10. Press Start/Pause button to start the
washing programme. Press this button also
to interrupt it.
11. The appliance adjusts automatically the
cycle time to the laundry you have put in
the drum to have perfect washing results in
the minimum necessary time.
12. At the end of the programme the display
shows a zero
. The indicator of the Start/
Pause button and the door lock symbol go
off.
If you set the Rinse Hold function, you must
drain the water in the drum before opening
the door. For more information refer to “At
the end of the programme” chapter in the
user manual.
