System Operations
1. System Login
Input GK350A to enter login page
Default IP address: 192.168.1.111
For the first-time login, time zone and NTP must setup.
Caution! IE11 not supported
Note: The setup page only shows in the first initial setup.
Default username: admin

2. Information
After successfully pointing a new device to the GK350A, it will show on
the [Dashboard page] with its device ID number.
IMPORTANT
! If there is a router in the network, then all necessary ports
must open.

Select the new device, then click Add.
Add devices successfully
Check on the device status to see if the new device has been successfully
registered to the GK350A.
The device may present in a list or icons.
The list format also shows more detail: the device’s ID number, driver’s name, vehicle ID,
current speed, number of the viewing channels, voltage, and the last updated date and

time.
In icon format, it shows the device’s ID number, driver’s name,
vehicle ID, and the last updated date and time.

3. System Status

Click on to edit device information.
1. Device ID: Default device ID number cannot change.
2. Driver Name: Default (blank), may manually enter name of the driver.
3. Vehicle ID: Default (blank), may manually enter license plate number.
4. Channel Count: Click the small triangle to get drop down list of the
channel count: 1, 2, 4, and 8. Default channel count is one channel. 按照
5. FPS: Frame Rate per Second may manually adjust between 1
to
30 fps.
The actual fps is based on the data that is sent back to the server. Default
is 7 fps.
6. Picture Level: May manually adjust the video quality, SuperGood
being the best and Low being the lowest in picture quality. The actual
result depends on the
data
that is sent back to the server.

7. bps: bit per second may manually adjust. The actual result depends on

8. Record Video: Default is enable. Unmark it would disable the video
recording feature. Caution! Disabling this feature will not have any video
data save.
9. Record Audio: Default is enable.
Unmark
it would disable the audio
recording feature. Caution! Disabling this feature will not have any audio
data save.
Click to delete the device from the list. Caution! The video data will
remove from the server.
A pop warning page pops up to verify for deletion. Click DELETE to
proceed.

The screen will go back to the main page after deleting the selected
device

4. Map
Click Map to get the online and offline vehicle list.
Click the device ID to get live view, current location, and route tracking
on the map all on one page.

Move the cursor all the way to the left side of the screen to get the entire
vehicle list.

5. Playback
Click Playback to get the online and offline vehicle list.

Click on the selected vehicle ID to access the Playback interface.
Select the date and the hours and minutes on the time bar to access the
recorded video.

Select channel number to playback. Note: Playback mode may only playback one
channel at a time.
Switch On the Show GPS Path to get the vehicle traveling path in the
selected day.

5.1 Backup
Click Backup to set the start time (date and time) of the video. The time
duration may set from 1 to 5 minutes per backup file.
5.1.1 Events
G-Sensor event triggering and manual recording are two types of
events.

5.1.2 Device ID
Select the device ID to view.
5.1.3 Event type: All, G-Sensor, Push button (manual recording), trigger,
trigger In, and trigger Out.
Select the date and time. Click on to get calendar. Use
find the year and monthly calendar.

Click to select the time in one hour increment.
The system finds the events that were created in the selected date
and time.
