This document details the operation and options on the Stairmaster Airt, Airt UB, and

Star Trac Turbo Trainer consoles.

Start Timer and Data Tracking Push any button to turn on the console, and the

timer will start automatically.

Pause Timer and Data Tracking Press the Start/Pause button. Press it again to

re-start the workout.

Reset Timer and Data Values Press the Start/Pause button for 5 seconds

Select Metric or Standard Units Press and hold Shift (round button with arrows)

for 5 seconds or until the active units setting

beings to blink. Press and hold the Shift button

again for 5 seconds to select the unit type. If no

button is pressed for 20 seconds when in unit

selection mode, the console will go back to the

main workout screen and use the last selected

unit type.

Set console for machine model type. The same console can be used for the Airt Up-

per Body Ergometer, the Airt Bike, and the Tur-

bo Trainer. To change between the two machine

model types, press and hold the Start/Pause and

Shift buttons at the same time for 5 seconds or

until the model selection screen is displayed. on

the model selection screen, use the Shift button

to select either 3700 (Airt Bike and Turbo Train-

er) or 3701 (Airt UB).
