1. With the chair upside down, insert the tapered

end of the pneumatic cylinder into the chair control.



2. Install the plastic spacer, pin support and ball

bearing assembly as shown.



3. Press the retainer sleeve into the pin support

until it engages into the holes.



4. Slide the support bracket over the pin support

and attach to the chair control with four (4) bolts.



5. Slide the foot ring cover and the foot ring

upside down over the pin support and align the

attachment hole with the adjustment slots. Install

the adjustment pin with 60-90 in-lbs torque. Snap

the foot ring cover over the foot ring spokes.



6. Slide base assembly upside down over the

cylinder and inside the pin support, aligning the

grooves on the base assembly sleeve with the ribs

in the retainer sleeve.



7. Install the pneumatic cylinder retainer clip.
