1. With the chair upside down, insert the tapered
end of the pneumatic cylinder into the chair control.
2. Install the plastic spacer, pin support and ball
bearing assembly as shown.
3. Press the retainer sleeve into the pin support
until it engages into the holes.
4. Slide the support bracket over the pin support
and attach to the chair control with four (4) bolts.
5. Slide the foot ring cover and the foot ring
upside down over the pin support and align the
attachment hole with the adjustment slots. Install
the adjustment pin with 60-90 in-lbs torque. Snap
the foot ring cover over the foot ring spokes.
6. Slide base assembly upside down over the
cylinder and inside the pin support, aligning the
grooves on the base assembly sleeve with the ribs
in the retainer sleeve.
7. Install the pneumatic cylinder retainer clip.
