HISTORY

AND HERITAGE

AEG has a very rich brand history and heri-

tage which we are all very proud of. AEG

has been deeply routed in the forefront of

precise design and performance within the

electrical ﬁ eld for over 100 years.

Style is never an accident. A hundred

years ago, AEG was the ﬁ rst electrical

company to hire an industrial designer.

Peter Behrens, the father of the Bauhaus

design movement and was the world's

ﬁ rst recognized industrial designer.

Inspired by the past, the AEG telephones Retro-line combines

a timeless design with high quality features. Industrial designs

of the 1960’s and 70’s were reinvented and moulded into

exiting telephone designs.

These cordless and corded phones form a classic but un-

conventional shape, while their technical features answer

everyone’s communication needs.

The Retro-line perfectly balances stylish designs, high quality

features and simplicity of use, setting a new standard in

today’s world of home or business communication.
