ergonomic central mouse
ErgoSlider Premium
Research
Unnatural positions are a risk factor for the development of
physical symptoms in the wrist and forearm. (sources include:
Karlqvist 1994, Jensen 1998, Haberg 1994). When the mouse is
located closer to the body, this results in less strain on the neck
and shoulders (Armstrom 1995, Cook 1998). The use of a
trackball and touchpad reduces productivity; standard mice and
pen tablets score high for productivity.
