fill screws. The closed filler screw is installed in the
reservoir at the factor\ so the MacN will not leaN durinJ
shipment.

MAINTENANCE
Important: Use RQO\ JRRG JUDGH K\GUDXOLF MDFN oil. Avoid
mi[LQJ GLIIHUHQWW\SHVRIIOXLGDQG1(9(5XVHEUDNHIOXLG
tuUEine oil, transmiVVLRQIOXLGPRWRURLORUJO\FHULQ,PSURSHU
fluid can cause premature failure of the MacN and the potential
for sudden and immediate loss of load. :H recommend
0REil '7( 13M or HTXLvalent.
3HULRGLFDOO\ FKHFN for OHDNV at air connectLRQV5HSODFH
connections as needed.
Adding oil:
1. :LWK saddle IXOO\ lowered, set MDFN in its XSULJKW level
position. 5HPRYH oil filler screw.
)LOOXQWLORLOLVOHYHOZLWKWKHILOOHUKROHVFUHZUHLQVWDOO
oil filler screw.
Changing oil:
For EHVt performance and ORQJHVt
life, replace the complete
IOXLGVXSSO\DWOHDVW once per \HDr.
1. :LWK saddle IXOO\ lowered, set MDFN in its XSULJKW level
position. 5emove the oil filler screw.
 /D\ the MDFN on its side and drain the uid into a suitable
container.
Note: Dispose of K\GUDXOLFIOXLG in accordance with local
reJXlations.

Lubrication:

iler is used, pour a
teaspoon of air tool oil into the inlet of the air VXSSO\
inlet. 6LPSO\ operate the MDFN XVLQJ the air feature in
order to IXOO\ GLVWULEXWH the oil.
Cleaning:
3HULRdicall\checN the ram IRUVLJQV of rust or corrosion.
Clean as needed and wipe with an oil\ cloth.
