using the wheelchair. In order to ensure safety when using

your wheelchair, read the User Manual carefully and follow

the safety instructions.

Invacareiscontinuouslyworkingtowardsensuringthatthe

company’simpactontheenvironment,locallyandglobally,

isreducedtoaminimum.WeuseonlyREACHcompliant

materialsandcomponents.

1.4Intendeduse

TheMyOn®HCManualWheelchairisintendedtoprovide

mobilitytopersonsages12andup(adolescentsandadults)

withaweightcapacityof220&290lbs.dependingon

theseatwidth.Thedeviceisindicatedtoprovidemobility

topersonslimitedtosittingposition.Whenusedwithout

anassistant,itshouldonlybeusedbypersonswhoare

physicallyandmentallyabletousethewheelchairsafely

(e.g.topropelthemselves,steer,brake).Thewheelchair

shouldonlybeusedonlevelgroundandaccessibleterrain,

aswellasindoors.

Thismediumactivewheelchairneedstobe

subscribedandttoyourspecichealthcondition.

LimitedWarranty

PLEASENOTE:THEWARRANTYBELOWHASBEENDRAFTEDTOCOMPLYWITHFEDERALLAWAPPLICABLETOPRODUCTS

MANUFACTUREDAFTERJULY4,1975.

ThiswarrantyisextendedonlytotheoriginalpurchaserwhopurchasesthisproductwhennewandunusedfromInvacare

oradealer.Thiswarrantyisnotextendedtoanyotherpersonorentityandisnottransferableorassignabletoany

subsequentpurchaserorowner.Coverageunderthiswarrantywillenduponanysuchsubsequentsaleorothertransferof

titletoanyotherperson.

Thiswarrantygivesyouspeciclegalrightsandyoumayalsohaveotherlegalrightswhichvaryfromstatetostate.

Invacarewarrantsthesideframesandcrossmembersofthisproductwhenpurchasednewandunusedtobefreefrom

defectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipforaperiodofve(5)yearsfromthedateofpurchasefromInvacareoradealer,witha

copyoftheseller’sinvoicerequiredforcoverageunderthiswarranty.

Invacarewarrantstheupholsteredmaterials(seat,backandarmrestsofthearmassembly)andremainingcomponentsofthis

productwhenpurchasednewandunusedtobefreefromdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipforaperiodofthirteen

(13)monthsfromdateofpurchasefromInvacareoradealer,withacopyoftheseller’sinvoicerequiredforcoverage

underthiswarranty.

Ifwithinsuchwarrantyperiodsanysuchproductshallbeproventobedefective,suchproductshallberepairedor

replaced,atInvacare’soption.Thiswarrantydoesnotincludeanylabororshippingchargesincurredinreplacementpart

installationorrepairofanysuchproduct.Invacare’ssoleobligationandyourexclusiveremedyunderthiswarrantyshall

belimitedtosuchrepairand/orreplacement.

Forwarrantyservice,pleasecontactthedealerfromwhomyoupurchasedyourInvacareproduct.Intheeventyoudonot

receivesatisfactorywarrantyservice,pleasewritedirectlytoInvacareattheaddressonthebackcoverofthismanual.Provide

dealer’sname,address,theproductmodelnumber,dateofpurchase,indicatenatureofthedefectand,iftheproductis

serialized,indicatetheserialnumber.Donotreturnproductstoourfactorywithoutourpriorconsent.

PRODUCTS DAMAGE BY REASON OF REPAIRS MADE TO ANY COMPONENT WITHOUT THE SPECIFIC CONSENT OF INVACARE,

OR TO A PRODUCT DAMAGED BY CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND INVACARE’S CONTROL, AND SUCH EVALUATION WILL BE SOLELY

DETERMINED BY INVACARE. THE WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR OR FAILURE TO ADHERE

TO THE PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS.

THE FOREGOING EXPRESS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, WHETHER

similar items) onto your chair backposts can

affect the rearward stability of your wheelchair,

especially when used in combination with

angle adjustable backrests. – Invacare strongly

recommend the use of anti-tipper (available

as an option) when using your backposts with

additional load.
