1.4Intendeduse
TheMyOn®HCManualWheelchairisintendedtoprovide
mobilitytopersonsages12andup(adolescentsandadults)
withaweightcapacityof220&290lbs.dependingon
theseatwidth.Thedeviceisindicatedtoprovidemobility
topersonslimitedtosittingposition.Whenusedwithout
anassistant,itshouldonlybeusedbypersonswhoare
physicallyandmentallyabletousethewheelchairsafely
(e.g.topropelthemselves,steer,brake).Thewheelchair
shouldonlybeusedonlevelgroundandaccessibleterrain,
aswellasindoors.
Thismediumactivewheelchairneedstobe
subscribedandttoyourspecichealthcondition.

PLEASENOTE:THEWARRANTYBELOWHASBEENDRAFTEDTOCOMPLYWITHFEDERALLAWAPPLICABLETOPRODUCTS
MANUFACTUREDAFTERJULY4,1975.
ThiswarrantyisextendedonlytotheoriginalpurchaserwhopurchasesthisproductwhennewandunusedfromInvacare
oradealer.Thiswarrantyisnotextendedtoanyotherpersonorentityandisnottransferableorassignabletoany
subsequentpurchaserorowner.Coverageunderthiswarrantywillenduponanysuchsubsequentsaleorothertransferof
titletoanyotherperson.
Thiswarrantygivesyouspeciclegalrightsandyoumayalsohaveotherlegalrightswhichvaryfromstatetostate.
Invacarewarrantsthesideframesandcrossmembersofthisproductwhenpurchasednewandunusedtobefreefrom
defectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipforaperiodofve(5)yearsfromthedateofpurchasefromInvacareoradealer,witha
copyofthesellersinvoicerequiredforcoverageunderthiswarranty.
Invacarewarrantstheupholsteredmaterials(seat,backandarmrestsofthearmassembly)andremainingcomponentsofthis
productwhenpurchasednewandunusedtobefreefromdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipforaperiodofthirteen
(13)monthsfromdateofpurchasefromInvacareoradealer,withacopyofthesellersinvoicerequiredforcoverage
underthiswarranty.
Ifwithinsuchwarrantyperiodsanysuchproductshallbeproventobedefective,suchproductshallberepairedor
replaced,atInvacare’soption.Thiswarrantydoesnotincludeanylabororshippingchargesincurredinreplacementpart
installationorrepairofanysuchproduct.Invacare’ssoleobligationandyourexclusiveremedyunderthiswarrantyshall
belimitedtosuchrepairand/orreplacement.
Forwarrantyservice,pleasecontactthedealerfromwhomyoupurchasedyourInvacareproduct.Intheeventyoudonot
receivesatisfactorywarrantyservice,pleasewritedirectlytoInvacareattheaddressonthebackcoverofthismanual.Provide
