IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS READ CAREFULLY AND KEEP FOR FUTURE
REFERENCE.
1. To avoid electric shock, fire or injury, please read the user manual carefully before using the
appliance and keep it for future reference.
2. This appliance is for household use only. Please use suitable power source. (Please refer to
SPECIFICATION)
3. Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.
4. Do not use the appliance under direct sunshine.
5. Please turn off the appliance when not in use otherwise it may result in danger.
6. Please turn off the appliance and unplug the socket when unattended otherwise it may result in
danger.
7. Keep the appliance away from children.
8. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be
made by children without supervision.
9. With any indication of malfunction, please stop using the appliance immediately to avoid hazard.
Contact the authorized service center for repair. Do not attempt to repair or change any parts by
yourself.
10. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly
qualified persons in order to avoid hazard.
11. Please turn off and unplug the appliance before cleaning or maintenance.
12. Clean the surface of the appliance with a dry cloth. Do not use corrosive detergent or solvent to
clean. Do not swash the appliance with water.
13. Please turn off and unplug the appliance when not in use. Make sure the power is off before pulling
out the plug. Do not pull the cord.
14. When the appliance is not in use for a prolonged period, please turn it off, unplug it, pack it well,
and store it in dry cool place.
15. Forbid to put flammable and explosive objects around the appliance, and do not use the appliance in
an environment full of flammable gas and powder. Keep away from any fire and heat sources.
16. Please put the power cord in the right place in order to avoid tripping the appliance over.
17. Do not put any objects on the appliance or put the appliance below a socket-outlet.
18. Please keep the air inlet and the air outlet unblocked to minimize the risk of fire and malfunction.
19. Ensure no water or raindrop leak into the appliance in order to avoid electric shock. Do not put
flammable objects or wet clothes on the air outlet in order to avoid short circuit or fire.
20. Please do not place the air inlet or the air outlet near to curtains or walls when operation because it
will block the air current and cause fire. The appliance should be installed at minimum distant of 10
cm from the wall or other obstacles.
21. To prevent spillage, please empty the water tank before relocating the appliance.
22. Do not tip the appliance to any side as escaping water could damage the appliance.
23. Please do not insert fingers or any objects into the air inlet or the air outlet in order to avoid electric
shock.
24. After a period of operation, abnormal noise and uneven air volume may appeared because of dust
blocking airflow. It will disappear after cleaning the dustproof filter.
25. Do not use any bug sprays or other flammable cleaners on the appliance.
26. Do not use the appliance at any spillage area. When any water spilled/dropped into the applaince, it
may weaken the electical insulation, and may cause fire or electric shock.
27. Do not use the appliance for a prolonged period at high humidity environment because it will affect
the operation and insulating ability.
28. Please close windows before operation but make sure the appliance is located in a ventilated area in
order to help the appliance to release heat. Do not place the appliance in a narrow and confined
space (such as closet).
29. After the power is off, please wait for 3 minutes before restarting the appliance to protect the
compressor.
30. Please perform regular maintenance such as cleaning the air filter, checking the water tubes and etc.
31. The appliance must not be used to save artworks, academic materials and other special purposes.
Note: To avoid any malfunction or damage, do not tilt or crossing place the appliance under any
operation.

OPERATION INSTRUCTION
*Connect the power cord to the correct power supply. The room humidity and temperature will be
displayed on the LCD display. The carbon filter indicator and the filter application time indicator will
be on. Dehumidifier will be in standby mode.
1. ON/OFF button
Press the ON/OFF button to turn on the dehumidifier. The auto dehumidify mode indicator will be
on. The air purifying indicator and the fan speed & wind direction indicator will start flashing.
Press the ON/OFF button again to turn off the dehumidifier.
Press the timer button and the humidity setting/fan speed button at the same time to select the
temperature display as Celsius or Fahrenheit.
2. Humidity setting / fan speed button
Press the humidity setting/fan speed button to set the desired dehumidifying percentage under the
auto dehumidify mode. For each press, the dehumidifying percentage will be switched in the
following order:
40%45%50%55%60%65%70%
3. Timer button
Auto off timer (1-24 hours) can be set after turning on the dehumidifier. Press the timer button, the
timer indicator will start flashing and the timer off indicator will be on. Press the timer button in 5
seconds to set the auto off timer. For each press, the set auto off time will be increased by 1 hour.
Auto on timer (1-24 hours) can be set in standby mode. Press the timer button, the timer indicator
will start flashing and the timer on indicator will be on. Press the timer button in 5 seconds to set the
auto on timer. For each press, the set auto on time will be increased by 1 hour.
Note: To cancel the timer, press the timer button again after auto off / auto on timer is set.
4. Mode button
Press the mode button to select different operating modes. For each press, the mode will be
switched in the following order:

*When selecting the auto dehumidify/continuous dehumidify/laundry drying/ventilation mode, and
the carbon filter is installed, the air purifying indicator will start flashing on the LCD. It indicated
that the selected mode and the air purifying mode are activated.
Auto dehumidify:
Room humidity > humidity setting +5%: the compressor will be on and operated with high fan
speed in few minutes.
Humidity setting +5% room humidity humidity setting -5%: the compressor will be on and
operated with medium fan in few minutes.
Room humidity < humidity setting -5%: the compressor will be off and operated with medium fan
speed in few minutes.

Continuous dehumidify:
Room humidity 60%: the compressor will be on and operated with high fan speed.
Room humidity 55%: the compressor will be on and operated with medium fan speed.
60% > Room humidity >55%: continuous operating with existing mode.
Laundry drying: the appliance operates with high fan speed and dehumidifies continuously.
Air purifying: the appliance operates with high fan speed without dehumidifying. Press the
humidity setting/fan speed button to select high or medium fan speed.
*Please install the carbon filter before selecting the air purifying mode. Dehumidifier will stop
operating if the carbon filter is not installed under the air purifying mode. Once the carbon filter is
installed, the carbon filter indicator will be on; if the carbon filter is not properly installed,
the indicator will start flashing on the LCD display to remind you to install the carbon filter.
Ventilation: the appliance operates with high fan speed without dehumidifying. Press the humidity
setting/fan speed button to select high or medium fan speed. It can help the air circulation.
*Please make sure to take off the carbon filter before selecting this mode. If the carbon filter is not
uninstalled, the carbon filter indicator will start flashing on the LCD display to remind you
to take it off.
5. Key lock
Press the mode button for 3 seconds to lock all the buttons. The key lock indicator will be on. Press
the mode button for 3 seconds again to deactivate the key lock.
6. Sleep mode button
Press the sleep mode button to activate the sleep mode under the auto dehumidify/continuous
dehumidify/laundry drying/ventilation mode. The sleep mode indicator will be on and operate with
low fan speed.
*Sleep mode cannot be activated under the internal drying mode.
7. Wind direction button
Press the wind direction button to set the direction of the air deflector, and activate the movement
of the air deflector. Fan speed & wind direction indicator will be flashed in cycle. Press again to
deactivate it.
8. Ionizer button
Press the ionizer button to activate the ionizer function, and the ionizer indicator will be on. Press
again to deactivate it.
*Ionizer function cannot be activated under the internal drying mode.

9. Internal drying button
Press the internal drying button for 3 seconds to activate the internal drying function. The internal
drying indicator will start flashing. It will take around 1 hour for the whole cycle.
It operates with high fan speed and the air deflector keeps upright for 30 minutes; then it operates
with high fan speed and the air deflector starts swinging for 10 minutes; then the air deflector turns
back to the upright position and operates with high fan speed for 15 minutes.
Press the internal drying button for 3 seconds again to deactivate this function.
It can help to dry the vapor in order to prevent moldy and odor before storage.
10. Memory Function
Press the ON/OFF button to turn off the appliance. Press the ON/OFF button again to turn it back
on; or unplug directly or power cut, then reconnect the power supply again, the dehumidifier will
operate by the mode set before shutdown, but timer function is not applicable.
PRECAUTIONS
1. The humidity setting should not be set higher than the ambient humidity to operation.
2. When the water tank is full or the water tank full indicator turns on, drain the water, and install the
empty water tank back to its position. The appliance will continue its operation.
3. The operational temperature range of this appliance is 5-32
o
C.
4. If the plug and power supply are in normal condition, and the dehumidifier does not start, please
unplug it, wait for 10 minutes, and restart the appliance (as it takes around 10 minutes to reposition).
If the appliance still does not start after 10 minutes, please contact the service center.
5. When the dehumidifier is in operation, the running compressor will get hot, and the room
temperature will be increased. This is normal.
6. The built-in defrosting sensor detects room temperature and will cease the operation of the
compressor for about 10 minutes when room temperature is below 15
o
C and the low temperature
indicator will turn on. When the room temperature is below 2
o
C, the low temperature
indicator will start flashing.
DRAINAGE INSTRUCTION
While the water tank is full, the water tank indicator will be on. The compressor and the fan will stop
operating. Please empty the water tank.
*Please turn off and unplug the appliance before removing the water tank.
1. Remove the water tank carefully. (Fig. 1)
2. Remove the tank lid and empty the water tank.
3. Put the lid back and insert the water tank gently back into the appliance. (Fig. 2)

CONTINUOUS DRAINAGE
1. Turn off and unplug the appliance.
2. Use a knife or forceps to remove the cover of the continuous drain hole cover. (Fig. 3)
3. Remove the water tank and push the drain hole gasket. (Fig. 4)
4. Connect the continuous drain hole with an 9mm inner diameter water tube. Please make sure the
connection is well completed in order to avoid water leakage (insert into the drain hole around
10mm). (Fig. 5)
* Please purchase the water tube.
5. Insert the water tank back into the appliance. (Fig. 6)
Note
The water tube may be frozen in cold weather, which will affect the drainage.
Please make sure to install the water tube properly and avoid bending. If the drainage is not
smooth, it may cause water leakage and wet the floors or furnitures.
The dehumidifying function will stop immediately after shutdown, but there will be a small
amount of water discharged from the drain hole. When the appliance is not in use for a
prolonged period, please place it for one day before package and storage.
Do not use the appliance continuously for a long time in order to avoid overheat and cause
mechanical damage or hazard.

MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTION
* Please turn off and unplug the appliance before cleaning or maintenance.
Cleaning the air filter
1. Remove the front cover. (Fig. 7)
2. Remove the air filter from the appliance. (Fig. 8)
3. Remove the carbon filter from the air filter.
4. Clean the air filter with vacuum cleaner or water and let it dry naturally.
Note: the carbon filter cannot be cleaned with water.
5. Insert the air filter back into the appliance. (Fig. 9)
6. Do not expose the filter to sunlight to avoid deforming the filter.
*The carbon filter application timer counts the number of days the filter is used. Accumulated 24 hours,
“1” will be displayed on the LCD. Accumulated 48 hours, 2 will be displayed on the LCD, and so
on. The maximum cumulative date is 999 day.
*When installing or replacing the carbon filter, please use a pen or a needle to press the carbon filter
application timer reset key softly, then the filter application timer indicator will reset as 000.
Cleaning the body
1. Use soft cloths to clean the appliance.
2. Do not use volatile chemicals, gasoline, detergents, chemically treated cloths, or other cleansing
solutions. All these could possibly hurt the cabinet.
Storage
If the appliance is not used for a prolonged period of time, please:
1. Empty the water tank completely and wipe it clean and dry.
2. Unplug the appliance and tidy the power cord.
3. Clean the air filter.
4. Pack it well, and store it in dry cool place.
Note: To avoid any malfunction or damage, do not tilt or place the appliance horizontally when storage.

TROUBLESHOOTING
THE APPLIANCE DOES NOT OPERATE:
Is the appliance plugged in?
Is the house electricity on?
Is the room temperature below 5
o
C or above 32
o
C? If so, it is out of the working range of the
appliance.
Ensure the ON/OFF switch is turned on.
Check the water tank if it is positioned properly in the appliance, and make sure it is not full.
Make sure the air inlet and outlet are not obstructed.
THE APPLIANCE SEEMS TO DO NOTHING:
Q: Is the filter dusty or contaminated?
A: Remove the filter and clean it with warm water (below 40
o
C) every 2 weeks. Let it dry
naturally and replace it.
Q: Is the air intake or outlet blocked up?
A: Please move the object away from the air intake or outlet.
Q: Is the room humidity already quite low?
A: The dehumidifier shall not operate if the humidity setting is higher than the ambient
humidity.
THE APPLIANCE SEEMS TO OPERATE NON-STOP:
Q: Are the windows or doors open?
A: Please close the windows or doors when operating the dehumidifier.
Q: Is there something in the room producing lots of humidity?
A: Please put those stuffs into another room, close the toilet lid and cover every glass of water.
THE APPLIANCE IS TOO NOISY:
Check whether the appliance is standing on a level surface.
THE APPLIANCE IS LEAKING:
Make sure the appliance is working in good condition and does not tilt in position.
If you are not using continuous drainage, make sure the water tank is empty or not full.
