Congratulations on your new Jetson E-Punk Electric Skate-

board! The Jetson E-Punk is an innovative and fun personal

transportation device, charged and ready for use. Before

your rst ride, check whether the wheels are damaged, or

parts are loose. If there are any abnormalities, please con-

This product manual can help you understand, use, and main-

tain your Jetson E-Punk. In order to avoid danger caused by

collisions, falls, and loss of control, please use caution and

learn how to ride the Jetson E-Punk safely. Jetson and au-

thorized dealers cannot be held liable for injury or damage

caused from riding the Jetson E-Punk. Falling, losing control,

and collisions (including failure to obey the Jetson E-Punk

manual) may cause injury. In order to minimize the risk, en-

sure you read the Jetson E-Punk manual carefully. Users ride

at their own risk.

The user is responsible for consequences caused by violating

warnings or improper operations.

WARNINGS & GENERAL INFORMATION

FOR YOUR SAFETY...

Before riding your Jetson® E-Punk Electric Skateboard,

we recommend taking the following precautions:

• Do not operate this electric skateboard without care-

fully reading the manual and understanding its con-

trols.

• Always wear a helmet, gloves, and other safety gear

to protect yourself in case of an accident.

• Observe all trafc rules and regulations when using

this electric skateboard.

• Do not carry passengers.

• When riding in rainy, snowy, or slippery conditions, re-

duce your speed and increase the distance between

yourself and other vehicles.

• Only use this electric skateboard in ambient tempera-

tures between 14 and 104 degrees Fahrenheit.

• The maximum weight capacity of this skateboard is

265 pounds, do not exceed this limit.

• If the battery is not used for more than a month,

charge the electric skateboard for a full cycle again

before use.

• Do not allow water to enter the remote control or the

battery, as it may cause the electrical equipment to

short circuit or be permanently damaged.

• Do not allow anyone to manipulate or modify the elec-

tric skateboard. This immediately voids the warranty.

• Do not throw away the battery. Always recycle batter-

ies at a proper recycling location.

• Do not cover the battery box or charger. Always allow

proper ventilation when charging and using the elec-

tric skateboard.

CHARGER & REMOTE CONTROL

Your electric skateboard comes with an UL

Certied charger. Only use the provided

charger with your electric skateboard, do

not attempt to use another charger. Failure

to use the provided charger will void the

warranty.

To charge the electric skateboard, plug the charger into the charging port,

located on the side of the battery compartment. Plug the other side of the

charger into the outlet. When the LED on the charger is red, the battery is

charging. Once the LED turns green, charging is complete. In order to op-

timize the performance of your electric skateboard, charge the battery fully

before its rst use, and be sure to fully charge the battery once a month.

The remote control handles accel-

eration and braking for the electric

skateboard. You can also choose

between forward and reverse driving

by using the switch on the left side of

the remote.

Before starting up your electric skateboard, make sure that the Remote Power

Switch is set to Off, the Forward/Reverse Switch is set to Forward, and the

Slow/Fast Mode Switch is set to Slow. Install two AAA batteries, as shown in

the diagram below.

When you are ready to power on your electric skateboard, push the Remote

Power Switch to On and press the Power Button on the side of the battery.

The Bluetooth Indicator on the battery box will change from a steady light to a

ickering light, indicating that the remote control and electric skateboard have

successfully connected. You are now ready to ride your electric skateboard.

DRIVING MODE & SETTINGS

On the remote control, you can adjust

the speed of the electric skateboard

to either Slow or Fast by moving

the switch located under the battery

cover, directly above the batteries. It

is recommended that you keep the

electric skateboard in Slow Mode

when you rst start using it, and only

switch to Fast Mode when you feel

comfortable controlling the electric

skateboard.

You can also switch between Forward and Reverse movement by using the

switch on the left side of the remote control. This chooses which direction the

motor will propel the electric skateboard as you accelerate.

When riding your electric skateboard, be sure to maintain proper posture and

follow all rules of trafc.

Press forward on the Acceleration/Brake

Switch to engage the motor. Push forward

slowly to gradually increase the speed.

The electric skateboard will begin to move

in the direction selected on the Forward/

Reverse Switch. When the Acceleration/

Brake Switch is in the middle, acceleration

is at zero. Pull back on the Acceleration/

Brake Switch to decelerate the electric

skateboard and bring it to a stop.

NOTE:

• Do not push forward or backwards suddenly on the Acceleration/

Brake switch, always increase or decrease your speed gradually.

• Do not suddenly switch between Forward and Backward. Only change

between the two when your electric skateboard is completely stopped.

POWER INDICATOR & BINDING MODE

The power button on the right side of the battery case includes an LED indica-

tor light, meant to help you understand how much charge is left in your battery.

GREEN LED: 100% - 70%

BLUE LED: 70% - 30%

RED LED: 30% - 0%

FLASHING RED LED: Low voltage

When the Power Indicator is red, please charge the battery immediately.

If your remote control is not

connecting, or if you need to

connect a replacement re-

mote control, you must enter

Binding Mode to wirelessly

link the remote control to the

electric skateboard.

To enter Binding Mode, rst ensure that the Remote Power Switch is turned

to Off, and that the electric skateboard is turned off. Set the speed switch to

Slow, and set the remote control to Backward.

Turn the electric skateboard on, and press the Bluetooth/”Binding” Button.

Then, pull the Accelerator/Brake switch down to Brake and hold for three

seconds. Turn the Remote Power Switch to On and wait a few seconds. When

the Bluetooth Indicator ashes, you have successfully connected the remote

control to the electric skateboard.

TO QUALIFY FOR WARRANTY SERVICE:

1. You must present a copy of the sales receipt from an approved retail partner

within 90 days of purchase.

2. This product can not be used for rental or commercial use.

3. This product can not be used for competition.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

• This Limited 1 Year Warranty is non-transferable after the Product’s initial sale.

• No unapproved modications can be made to the Product, its performance or

otherwise, in order for this Limited 1 Year Warranty to remain in effect.

• No reimbursement is provided for towing, loss of time, loss of use, inconvenience,

incidental or consequential damages.

• Warranty is void if weather related water damage is determined. Owner is

responsible for storage and protection from weather.

• Jetson® makes no warranty with respect to products or trade accessories not

made by Jetson®, including, but not limited to, motors, tires, wheels and batteries,

such products or trade accessories, such items being subject to the original

manufacturer’s warranty, if any.

• This Limited 1 Year Warranty does not cover minor surface blemishes, rips, tears,

or other cosmetic damages due to normal use, or other intentional or unintentional

damage to the Product.

• This Limited 1 Year Warranty will not cover any damage which results from the

application of improper cleaners, solvents or chemicals to the Product, water

damage, smoke or soot, or from exposure to salt-water, sea breeze or salt.

• This Limited 1 Year Warranty will not cover any damage which results from aging,

such as fading of paint, deterioration of plated surfaces, deterioration of rubber

or plastics, or rusting.

• This Limited 1 Year Warranty does not cover improper repair or misdiagnosis of

problem.

• This Limited 1 Year Warranty covers only parts and labor due to manufacturer

defect.

• Damage due to misuse or neglect, use other than as specied in the Owner’s

Manual, or use under abnormal conditions are not covered by this Limited 1 Year

Warranty.

OWNER’S WARRANTY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the vehicle owner, you are responsible for the performance of the required

maintenance. You should maintain a record of all maintenance performed your

vehicle and retain all receipts covering maintenance on your vehicle. You may be

denied a warranty claim solely because of your failure to ensure the performance

of all scheduled maintenance or lack of maintenance records or receipts. As the

vehicle owner, you should be aware that you may be denied your warranty coverage

if your vehicle or a part has failed due to abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or
