You are holding your ticket to the future and that box full of sleek
metal tubes next to you is the vehicle that will transport you there. A
bit dramatic we agree. However, how else do you describe some-
thing, that is going to change the way the world works out forever?
The Vicore Core Hyper-X, represents a phenomenal advancement in
the area of core strength, ergonomics, balance and coordination
enhancement. What makes it so revolutionary is, there are no new
techniques to master or additional time spent. It is simply your
standard workout, transferred to a dynamically new environment that
literally forces your body to multitask. Resulting in exponentially more
benets at the end of a set.
With this new system you simply cannot work one muscle without
engaging ten others. It is impossible to build strength on our equip-
ment without also increasing agility, coordination, and neuron
synapses.
The only catch is it has to be assembled. So let's focus on your rst
workout, which will be putting this sucker together.
Inside the box you will nd: One Tool Kit. One Hand Pump. An Extra
Valve Stem (just in case). Assorted Nuts and Bolts.

The Vicore Hyper-X, represents a phenomenal advancement in the
area of core strength, ergonomics, balance and coordination
enhancement. What makes it so revolutionary is, there are no new
techniques to master or additional time spent. It is simply your
standard workout, transferred to a dynamically new environment that
literally forces your body to multitask. Resulting in exponentially more
benets at the end of a set.

The ination port is inconveniently located at the end of the bench; just
slightly below the metal bar. It was placed here to avoid having people
exercise their insatiable curiosities about "why things have plugs in them."
Note: The more air you ll the surface with, the more stable it will be.
Experiment with different stability levels to see what works best for you.
Remove valve stem.

Insert pump into hole. Fill to the desired firmness.

The ination port is inconveniently located at the end of the foot surface; just
slightly above the metal rim. It was placed here to avoid having people
exercise their insatiable curiosities about "why things have plugs in them."
Remove valve stem on foot surface.1
Note: The more air you ll the surface with, the more stable it will be.
Experiment with different stability levels to see what works best for you.

Q: How much air should be put into the Hyper-X surface?
A: Here's the deal, you can put as much air into the surface as you would like (it's
yours). However, different amounts, will produce different effects. Less air will
translate into a less stable surface, more air equals more stability. So as we
mentioned before, experiment with what works best for you. Our rule of thumb is:
when you sit on the end of the bench you should not sink, but it should be a bit
bouncy. Or, if you press down on the surface rmly with your hand, it should spring
back.
Q: Can the surface be damaged by inflating it too much?
A: Considering that cheap little pump we gave you, not likely. Actually, safety was
our primary concern when designing The Body Link System and it has been tested
to hold in excess of 4,500 pounds. So there is really nothing you could do to
damage it. It is built to take abuse for years and years. If you would like to learn

Q: How do I clean and maintain the Vicore Hyper-X?
A: Well Johnny, when a man and a women love each other - sorry wrong card. Your
Vicore bench has been manufactured to the absolute highest standards possible. The
paint nish is a two step oven baked powder coat system, which is extremely
durable and will last for years. The Bench surface has been impregnated with an
antimicrobial agent, which kills any kind of bacterial growth from occurring. So
really all you need to do is occasionally wipe it down with a damp cloth and she will
be as good as new.
Q: Where can I find exercises and possible workout routines that I can do on the
Vicore Hyper-X?
A: You have a ton of options, when it comes to locating exercises and workout
routines for Vicore products. As a matter of fact, right on the side of your bench is
what they call a QR Code. You can scan this code with your smart phone and it will
pull up a page offering you a multitude of workouts and specic exercises. You can
also jump on our website www.vicoretness.com. Which offers a ton of content and
work outs as well.
