A: Here's the deal, you can put as much air into the surface as you would like (it's
yours). However, different amounts, will produce different effects. Less air will
translate into a less stable surface, more air equals more stability. So as we
mentioned before, experiment with what works best for you. Our rule of thumb is:
when you sit on the end of the bench you should not sink, but it should be a bit
bouncy. Or, if you press down on the surface rmly with your hand, it should spring
back.
Q: Can the surface be damaged by inflating it too much?
A: Considering that cheap little pump we gave you, not likely. Actually, safety was
our primary concern when designing The Body Link System and it has been tested
to hold in excess of 4,500 pounds. So there is really nothing you could do to

be as good as new.
