WITH SET-UP DATA
During storage and transportation,
especially at high ambient temperature,
some of the oil and grease used
for assembling may leak and stain
the packaging. This is in no way
detrimental to the product, wipe off the
excessive oil/grease with a cloth.
This kit should only be
installed at an authorized
Öhlins Service Centre.

When installing the new rebound piston holder
to the piston shaft:
Use Loctite 2701
Tightening torque 25 Nm

to the Öhlins Workshop Manual 07640-02.
Recommended springs* 04744-95
Spring rate 9.5 N/mm
Spring pre-load 5 mm
Recommended oil level 145 mm
with pre-load tube but no spring
Compression 10 clicks
Rebound 10 clicks
