Replacing the battery（A3035）
Use pliers to remove the rear
cover
Use the Heat gun to melt the glue
around the rear cover
Melt and remove the
protective glue from
the electronic wire
Remove the battery
Remove and place the
batteries that need to be
replaced
Remove the good
battery
Take a new battery and re
solder the electronic cable
Attach the soldered battery
and reattach the electronic
cable to protect the EVA
Repair tools: tweezers, pliers
Maintenance equipment: Heat gun, thermostatic soldering iron
Replace the leather cover（A3035）
Rotate the leather sleeve
upwards and remove it
Insert tweezers into the edge
of the leather sleeve and lift
it up
Confirm the state and effect
of the sound-absorbing cotton Align the sound-absorbing
cotton pad in position
Take the new earbuds and
confirm that they are in
good condition
Align the buckle position
of the leather sleeve
with the buckle position
of the surface cover
Use both hands to press
down the buckle positions of
the leather cover one by one
into place
Confirm that the leather
sleeve is pressed in place
and the cover is in good
condition
Repair tools: forceps, finger covers
Maintenance equipment:/
Replace the headband（A3035）
Maintenance tools: tweezers, scissors, pliers
Maintenance equipment: Heat gun, electric screwdriver, thermostatic soldering iron
Remove the motherboard
protective adhesive
Confirm if the removal effect
of the headwear is good
Remove and separate the middle
frame and headwear pins
Flip the surface and
remove the middle frame
cover plate
Remove the screws from
the middle frame cover
plate and push them out
of the buckle position
Melt the protective glue of
the motherboard electronic
cable
Take out the middle frame
pin to protect the Lamina
lucida
Interact and remove
the pins back and
forth
Melt the front cover
fixing pin adhesive
Remove and save the
motherboard and battery
Remove the motherboard
electronic cable
Separate the middle
frame and front cover
Remove the electronic
cable protection cotton
Remove the motherboard
fixing screws
Raise the rear cover
with pliers
Use the Heat gun to melt the
glue around the rear cover
