Allgemeine Hinweise
■ Wassermessgeräte sind Präzisionsgeräte. Vor
Stößen und Erschütterungen schützen. Frostfrei
lagern.
■DieDichtächensindmitGewindeschutzkappen
versehen und vor Beschädigung geschützt.
■Kontrollieren Sie vor Montagebeginn:
– dass die Dichtächen eben und frei von Be-
schädigungen wie Kerben, Furchen o.ä. sind.
– alle Angaben auf dem Rollenzählwerk lesbar
sind.*
– der Zähler in Bauart, Größe, Temperaturbe-
reichundDruckstufezurEinbaustellepasst.
■ Angaben zur Einbaulage auf dem Zifferblatt be-
achten.
■BeibelastetemWasserempfehlenwir,Schmutz-
fänger in die Zuleitung vor dem Zähler einzubau-
en.
■ Den Zähler möglichst am tiefsten Punkt der Ins-
tallation sowie frostsicher einbauen zur Vermei-
dung von Luftansammlungen und Beschädigun-
gen.
■ Der Wasserzähler muss frei von mechanischen
Spannungenmontiertwerden.
■ Wasserzähler müssen im Betrieb vollständig mit
Wasser gefüllt sein.
■ Der Zähler muss durch geeignete Maßnahmen
vor Druckschlägen in der Rohrleitung geschützt
werden.
■BeiFrostgefahrdieAnlage absperren und voll-
ständig entleeren (auch den Zähler!), notfalls
den Zähler ausbauen.
■ Der Zähler muss jederzeit gut zugänglich und
ablesbar sein, inkl. aller Angaben auf dem Kenn-
zeichnungsring oder Zifferblatt.
■Wir empfehlen, die Anschlussstellen an die
Rohrleitung mit einer Benutzersicherung gegen
unbefugte Demontage zu sichern. Die Sicherung
sollte nicht ohne sichtbare Beschädigung ent-
fernt oder gelockert werden können.
■DieMontagesolltenurvonqualiziertemFach-
personaldurchgeführtwerden.
Montage:
■ Montageanleitung sorgfältig bis zum Schluss
durchlesen!
■AbsperrorganevorundhinterdemZählerschlie-
ßen.
■Einbaustelle druckentlasten.
■Vorhandenen Zähler oder Passstück ausbauen.
■ Nur neues und einwandfreies Dichtmaterial ver-
wenden.
■DichtächenaufBeschädigungenkontrollieren.
■ Beim Einbau die korrekte Fließrichtung beach-
ten. Darauf achten, dass die Dichtungen nicht
verrutschen, herausfallen oder beschädigt wer-
den.
■Einbaulage:
– RNK-RP-N / RNK-L-RP-N: beliebig
– RTKD:beliebig,jedochkein„Überkopf-Einbau“
– RTKDE:beliebig,jedochkein„Überkopf-Einbau“
– RTKD-L:beliebig,jedochkein„Überkopf-Einbau“

■Überwurfmuttern aufschrauben und festziehen.
■Absperrorgane langsam öffnen – Druckschläge
vermeiden.
■Einbaustelle auf Dichtheit prüfen. Das Rollen-
zählwerk und die Konformitäts-/Metrologiekenn-
zeichen müssen jederzeit gut ablesbar sein.
Zusatzhinweise für Kunststoffzähler Montage:
■U m  einen spannungsfreien Einbau zu gewähr-
leisten empfehlen wir die Verwendung einer
Wasserzähler-Einbaugarnitur(WZAG).
■Empfohlenes Anzugs-Drehmoment bei An-
schluss-Verschraubungen: Min. 20Nm bis Max.
30Nm.

against shock and vibration. Store frost-free.
■The sealing surfaces are equipped with thread
protectioncapsandthusprotectedfromdamage.
■Checkbeforebeginningtheinstallation:

damage such as notches, grooves, etc..

mounting. The seal should not be removable or

■Smontareeventualicontatoriodimediattesapre-
senti sulla linea.
■Utilizzare solo guarnizioni nuove e integre.
■Controllare che le superci di tenuta non siano
danneggiate.
■ Installare il nuovo contatore nella direzione del
ussoeinposizionecorretta.Fareattenzioneche
durante la fase di montaggio le guarnizioni non
escanodallalorosedenèvenganodanneggiate.

– A  tömítő felületek simák és sérülésmentesek, a
felületennincsenekfelütések,hornyok,stb.
– Avízmérőkijelzőjénmindenjeljólolvasható*.
– A vízmérőtípusa,mérete,megengedettműködési
hőmérsékleteésnévlegesnyomásértékemege-
gyezikamérésipontravonatkozóelőírásokkal.
■Kérjükvegyegyelembeaszámlapontalálhatóin-
formációt,melyabeépítésihelyzetrevonatkozik.
■Szennyezettvízesetébenjavasoljuk,hogyszűrőket,
illetvebemenetiszűrőketkellelhelyezniavízmérő
elé.
■A  korrekt működés érdekében, légbuborék kiala-
kulásának elkerülése céljából, és a tönkremenetel
elkerülése érdekében a vízmérőt minden esetben
avezetékrendszerlehetségeslegalsópontjábakell
beépíteni,amelymindenkörülményekközöttfagy-
védett.
■A vízmérőtúgykellacsővezetékbebeépíteni,hogy
azbármilyenmechanikuserőktőlésfeszültségektől
menteslegyen.
■A vízmérőknekmindenesetbencsakvízzelteljesen
feltöltött állapotban szabad működniük. Nedvesen
futó mérők esetében a számlálószerkezetnek is
tökéletesenlevegőmentesnekkelllennie!
■A  vízmérőt megfelelő intézkedésekkel meg kell
védeni a vezetékben létrejövő nyomás sokkoktól,
vízütésektől.Ezekavízmérőtkárosíthatják.
■Fagyveszély esetén tökéletesen víztelenítse a
rendszert,beleértveavízmérőtis,szükségesetén
szereljekiavízmérőtamérésihelyről.
■A  vízmérő műszer mindig legyen könnyen
hozzáférhető és könnyen leolvasható, beleértve
mindenegyesjeletakijelzőn.
■Javasoljuk, hogy a csővezetékhez csatlakozó
beépítésipontoklegyenekleplombálvajogosulatlan
kiszerelés,vagybeavatkozásellen.
■A z ellenőrzőplombanelegyenészrevétlenül,kön-
nyenfelismerhetőnyomoknélküleltávolítható,vagy
megbontható.
■A beépítéstcsakjólképzett,professzionálisszerelő
végezheti! Hivatkozunk a DIN ISO 4064:2015, 5.
részénekvonatkozószabályaira!

■Engedje le a nyomást óvatosan a beépítési
csőszakaszról!
■Szereljekiazelőzővízmérőt,vagypasszdarabot!
■Csakújéshibátlantömítésekethasználjon!
■Ellenőrizzeatömítőfelületekhibátlanságát!
■Beépítésihelyzet:
– RNK-RP-N/RNK-L-RP-N:minden beépítési hely-
zet megengedett
– RTKD:minden beépítési helyzet megengedett,
kivéveszámlálószerkezettellefelé
– RTKDE:mindenbeépítésihelyzetmegengedett,
kivéveszámlálószerkezettellefelé
– RTKD - L:mindenbeépítésihelyzetmegengedett,
kivéveszámlálószerkezettellefelé
– RTKDE - L:minden beépítési helyzet megenge-
dett, kivéve számlálószerkezettel le-
felé
■Helyezze be a vízmérőt a helyes folyásirány-
nak megfelelően és az előírt beépítési pozícióba!
(Számlálószerkezettel lefelé a vízmérőket beépí-
tenitilos!) Győződjönmegarról,hogyatömítések
tökéletespozícióbankerültekbehelyezésreésnem
estek ki, illetve nem sérültek meg!
■Óvatosan csavarja fel a hollandi anyát a menetes
csatlakozófelületekre,majdhúzzamegazanyákat!
■Lassan nyissa ki a szelepeket, elkerülve az
esetleges hirtelen nyomásütést! Tisztítsa meg
megfelelően!
■Ellenőrizzeatömítettséget!Akijelzőnekésahiteles-
ségetjelzőfeliratoknak,matricáknak minden eset-
benjólláthatónakkelllenniük.
